'm originally from London but live in Bristol and have a mixture of Welsh, English, German and Polish heritage. I am currently studying at university to become a sports physiotherapist as a mature student, it is a brilliant course and this is something that I want to do for a career.

I teach and train in self defence and various forms of martial arts, mainly in wing chun kung fu but also train in ju jitsu, boxing, kickboxing and greco-roman wrestling. I am a qualified fitness instructor and massage therapist. I enjoy spending time with friends and family and having a good hard session in the gym. I have a wide and varied taste in music which makes spotify very handy indeed. I enjoy the occasional club night but prefer going to gigs. Enjoy going to nice bars, pubs and restaurants. I read a lot and I believe it is something that everyone should do and having a Kindle is a fantastic piece of kit, especially as I am running out of room to store books. I enjoy the amazing graffiti and street art in Bristol and think that's one of the reasons that make it such a special city. I am easy going, good natured, kind and considerate with a wicked sense of humour.
