My self-summary
I am a creature of love. I love meeting people, learning things, and warm blankets. I love tattoos and sex, science and discussion, cartoons, video games, and books about elves. Reading and gaming and dungeons & dragons.

I'm proud of the things and people I love. I feel one of the worst things you can do to a person is shame them for liking something. I embrace people for their differences as I wish to be embraced for mine. It is our diversity that gives us strength.

Honesty and communication are big parts of who I am. I try to be GGG. (Ask if you don't know) I would consider myself hetero-flexible, non-monogamous, and a Grade-A snuggler.

I'm recently out of a relationship and won't be looking for anything serious in the near future. Dating is fine. I'm always looking to make friends. Special friends, sexy friends, gaming friends, or even just regular friends. :)
What I’m doing with my life
If I can make one person smile today, it is not a wasted day.

I'm always on the lookout for interesting volunteer opportunities.

I'm returning to school this fall so I can learn how to teach children about the wonders of the world. If you have any advice about school or teaching, I welcome it.
I’m really good at
I have a modest aptitude for Scrabble.

I excel at dancing like an idiot in the privacy of my own home. Also sometimes in public when I think nobody is watching. Also often when I KNOW people are watching.

I can usually make people smile easily. Even if it has to be at my own expense. I am often accused of being silly.

I have great chemistry with children and dogs. I kind of wish that wasn't one sentence.

I took the silver medal in the 2008 Kiss Olympics. [citation needed]
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm a time traveler. I'm made of star stuff.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Honestly, I'm just going to glaze over this part in your profile. Similar interests may be helpful, but this stuff is better revealed in conversation. I'll learn more about who you are in literally every other section you write in.
The six things I could never do without
This question used to be "live without". And I think that's a better question. There's a difference between living and surviving.

With that in mind, here are the things I need to LIVE:
- Love
- My imagination
- Learning
- Good people
- Hope
- Forward momentum
I spend a lot of time thinking about
-The human condition. What drives us to love, hate, fight, and fuck?

-Moral relativism. Good and evil can never really exist without each other. It's all a matter of perspective.

-Storytelling tropes. So that old wise man tempted you with an adventure to save the world and you said you're just a simple farm boy? Well, now your farm burned down and there's nothing keeping you here. There's a trope for that.

-Adventure. It means something different to everyone. Some may consider meeting someone from the internet to be adventure enough for them. But I want to go places I've never been. Learn things I never knew. I want to live the stories worth telling. And maybe I'll write some of it down.

On a typical Friday night I am
I'm an extroverted person. I enjoy social activities like board game nights, Dungeons & Dragons, movie parties, and attending burlesque shows with friends. One of these is bound to be fun for you. :)

If you tell me you've never experienced something that I love, this is often my reaction:
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
In High School, I was president of the Pokemon club. I spent several years being ashamed of that fact.

I'm allergic to marijauna.
I’m looking for

You should message me if
You should message if you want to meet up and forgo all the typical back and forth.

You should message me if you want to fight a dragon.

You should message me if you want someone to cuddle as you watch old episodes of Star Trek.

You should message me if you want to make out in a library.

You should message me if I rated you highly. I don't always get around to writing the people I think are cool.

Ultimately, you should message me if you're awesome. Being an adult doesn't mean you have to be boring. And trust me, you're more interesting than you think.
