My self-summary
Hey there folks. I've been dj'ing since I was 14 and music has always been my passion. I thought I would hang up the dj'ing thing for a while (too much partying for my fragile bones!)so I moved to America and started focusing on producing music and my normal job (working for a non-profit) in '08 but I've just arrived back in Ireland and am back studying like the rest of the country.

I love movies and video games but worry that we have let entertainment and trivial matters take over our lives, so I'm not COMPLETELY oblivious.

As for a date, I'd like to meet someone who is bitter, caustic and cynical, like me! Just kidding, I like upbeat and creative people too. I guess I like someone who thinks for themselves and doesn't hide their feelings. I'm reasonably outgoing (love going to concerts and movies that kinda thing) and I can be convinced to go pretty much anywhere.

So basically I'm all about the fun times.
I’m really good at
Music I guess. It's the only positive thing I think I've ever excelled at, although I do feel a bit out of the loop these days. My music taste has expanded in strange ways and I hate putting myself in a box. A great dj or producer to me is someone who acknowledges that genres exist but chooses to ignore them. I think you'll find that whatever your interesting tastes are (unless they're some painfully self indulgent indie rocker) I will have fallen in and out of love with them several times. Like I said however, sometimes I feel out of touch these days like I'm being an old man. "In my day we only used ketamine on special occasions like when going to Old man Farthing's debauched Barn rave."
The first things people usually notice about me
My sexy eyes and cute face followed by my disappointing beer belly.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I love culty British TV comedies such as Brass Eye, The Day Today, I'm Alan Partridge, Peep Show.

I guess I've always loved Orwell and my favourite book is probably Catch 22 by Joseph Heller. Although I must say, I don't read as much as I like, I think I may have caused permanent damage to my attention span over the years.

I once had this amazing list of all the bands I've ever liked and it would be so useful right now, but I seem to have misplaced or destroyed it. If I have a spare hour I guess I could do it again sometime. Let's make a baby one!

I watch a ton of films, I usually say my favourite is probably Dr. Strangelove, I think it's something of a masterpiece, I guess, and it fits my sense of humour to the tee. Hmm what else?
