I'm confident, easygoing and passionate, and am looking for chemistry -- to share something special and longterm. I also have no idea to write a profile without sounding artificially awesome or like this is a job resume.

I love dogs (and almost all animals, like Dr. Doolittle without the verbal connection), skiing, ping pong, sports, and film, and I'm more driven by heart than head. I'm always up to try new things; I've been to Japan twice and all across the U.S. as well.

What's funny to me: Terrible dialog, over-acting, puns, sarcasm, desert-dry humor. And anything Arnold Shwarzenegger says.

We aren't a match if: if you regularly find yourself surrounded in drama; and if you have no sarcasm/troll detector.

I'm always comfortable being myself, and I hope you are too.

I have a degree in journalism from Ohio State, but now I'm pursuing a career as special-event coordinator. I was lucky to find a field I love through volunteer work and doing events on my own. I also just enrolled in grad school for Nonprofit Adminstration, and I have a PC-related day job that's nice for the short-term.

whatever I put my mind and work into, usually. It's just that most people don't apply themselves and I try to. Doesn't mean I'll be perfect, just that I bother to care.

As far as hobbies go, I play guitar/piano and love singing more than almost anything (I'm in a competition every week till the end of May right now). I love organizing get-togethers big and small, and also competing (in a friendly way, not in an "I must break you!" way) at anything, whether it's in board games, videogames, or fitness. If you can beat me at something, it's hot.

Really-blue eyes? Hell if I know.

The most important things in my life right now are: my mom and my uncles/cousins, close friendships, music (playing it and enjoying it), and a belief that I need to be bringing good things to the world. And a couple favorite movies and videogames that inspire me.

I wear a unique pendant (under my shirt, obviously, so not many people ever see it). Kind of weird I guess?
