My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm strange. I'm typically very reserved when meeting new people, but my filter wears out pretty quick. I've never understood the feud between Star Wars, and Star Trek fans.
I'm a fan of both. I've been told I talk in my sleep. My name is Mathew... That's right... Mathew with one mutha fuckin T.

Frequently I'm a bit of a dork. I sometimes break into song and dance when I'm really comfortable around a person. (I can't really dance) I like to listen, but if we're talking about something I'm passionate about I might get impatient and begin waiting for my turn to talk rather than simply listening. I'm generally very low key, but I can get excited if you put a microphone in my hand.

I'm a night owl when I can afford to be. I am fanatical about music. I prefer associating with a few people I've formed a strong bond with rather than a large group of people I'm simply comfortable with. I've never broken a bone (that I know of), or had stitches/surgery. I've lived in Oregon since 2006. I left the mid-west because the grass is literally greener out here.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm kicking ass and taking names in the pursuit of living in the now.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
...managing to stay on my feet when I trip or stumble

...Singing Karaoke

...Problem solving

...making corn bread muffins (I've actually come to realize I have a natural talent for cooking in general.)

...finding the silver lining

...laughing at myself (especially when I choose to sing the wrong song)

...rediscovering treasures in my music library

...looking the other way when someone makes an honest mistake

I have a massive collection. I tolerate just about anything, except pop-country, gangsta rap, and death metal. I love classic rock, folk, and for lack of a better term, alternative 90's rock. There's so much more though. It would take to long to actually make a list.

I generally like to eat spicy: Indian, Mexican, Lebanese....

Pizza.. hehe.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Ugh... I've answered nearly 1600 questions.. It's all out there.
If there's anything I refuse to share about myself, it's likely something I've forgotten, but here's something to chew on.

I can't watch Dancer in the Dark. It's the saddest movie ever, and I weep openly...

Other movies that make me weep: Lion King, Life of Pi, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. I haven't seen Les Miserables, but I read the book, so I'm pretty sure I would shed a tear or two watching it.

Shows: A few episodes of Scrubs, One episode of Parks and Recreation.

Albums:(really just one track off each of these) "The Greatest" -Cat Power; "Homogenic" -Bjork; "Amnesiac" -Radiohead; "Nico" -Blind Melon; "The Freewheeling Bob Dylan"

It's true... I have feelings.
