I'm the type of person that if you tell me "there's a massive pillow fight in Pershing Square", my first reaction is to say "awesome." My second reaction is to grab a pillow.

I have pragmatic goals to accomplish idealistic dreams.

I like civil debate for its own sake and I think that politics and religion make for awesome dinnertime conversation.

I like learning from people who have skills and perspectives that are very different from my own. Yes, that includes hillbillies.

I really value straightforwardness, honesty and groundedness. Pretty rare qualities in LA

I love traveling and meeting new people and while I've been to many places, there are many more I'd like to go.

A sense of humor is really important to me and I don't think wit and silliness are mutually exclusive.

I am adventurous, driven, curious and love making the most out of my time.

While I'm originally from New York, I came to LA for school. I just graduated USC and chose to stick around a bit longer when some good opportunities came up.

I do business development at a new solar energy company and have a bike business on the side. I seek new experiences like some people seek wealth and am almost always down to try new things. I love spending time with friends pub crawling, road tripping, hang-gliding, hiking and being outdoors.

I also think it's pretty telling to say not just what I'm doing but what I'd like to do. Not necessarily in this order, I'm planning to:

-Do a proper road trip of the US
-Learn Spanish
-Volunteer on an American Indian reservation
-Sell my company and start new ones
-Travel in South America, India, Kenya and anywhere else that strikes my interest

Food: I like all styles of food and I love to cook. It's hard to pick compete with NY style pizza though.

Water, food, insulation when it's very cold, some kind of transportation (if just my feet), books, friends. Pretty literal answers but it's a practical question.

An awesome comeback I thought of ten minutes too late.

Finishing a communal meal at USC and then going out to a concert, house party, lounge, dive bar, movie, relaxing, or debating if Plato was on the level. It all depends on the mood.

A couple beers deep I just might freestyle
