My self-summary
I'm most creative at night. As a kid, Lego was my favorite toy of all time. I would build the craziest things. I’m always eager to learn more and try new music/food/art/thinking. I'm an INTJ, if you're interested in that stuff.

I have the best friends and I would do anything for them. I’m a genuine guy who is very honest with myself and expects the same from those around me. I have a good heart and avoid negative energy or inconsiderate people. If I’m with you, I got your back, no matter what.

Music is a big part of my life. I don’t play instruments but enjoy listening to those that do. My taste is very eclectic from ambient to metal. I’m most happy in front of a live band, listening to new songs and I still buy vinyl.

I am in the design & technology field and really enjoy what I do. I teach on the side and also get involved in side venture projects. I like my left brain as much as my right brain. I strive to be in balance as much as I can. Whether it's my career, social life, or yoga positions, I keep everything in stride and realize what’s truly important. I’m very stable and grounded.

I like playing sports, being outside and also watching a good game on tv. Baseball and ultimate frisbee on the weekends and just started playing tennis. I think Prospect Park is simply awesome.

I’m equally street smart as I am book smart.
I like a plan, but when it’s broken, that’s when things get interesting.
I still write letters. With stamps the whole thing….
I like to plan social events like pizza tours. I go to all five boroughs and I enjoy biking.
Strong advocate of power naps
I’ll try anything once and sometimes twice to make sure.
I own power tools and I like to make things.
I'm not a bro, and I am extremely low drama.

I’m a native New Yorker and I walk fast. Although I love the city and soak up all that it offers, I have a connection to the wild outdoors. I will never turn down a strenuous hike or stroll through nature.
What I’m doing with my life
Planning my next trip. Recently been to Brazil & Portugal. Patagonia is calling me back.

Working on a new light sculpture.

Trying not to look like a cyborg designing apps for Google Glass.

Focusing more on the present than the future or past.
I’m really good at
Sinking trash targets into the waste paper basket
Making things
Giving perspective
Hitting a curve ball
Listening
Naming that tune
Napping
Pictionary
Being patient
overusing parenthesis
Making lists
Crossing things off said lists.

On a typical Friday night I am
I’ll be at live concert, art opening or some event. Mercury Lounge, Bowery, Piano’s are likely candidates. There’s a new place worth to check out? Sure, I’ll be there. Spending quality time with my friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
When I was in grammar school I had this white sweater with these huge holographic panels stitched onto it. The 3D images were of dinosaurs and I thought it was the coolest piece of clothing ever made.
I’m looking for
  • Girls who like guys
  • Ages 27–40
  • Near me
  • Who are single
  • For new friends, long-term dating
You should message me if
You want to have adventures in life. Have a sense of humor and you don’t take yourself too seriously. You have a passion for something or looking for it. You like trying new things and say yes more than no. You are savvy and intelligent. You’ll join me for a fancy night out on the town and the next day rock out at a dive bar.
You're geeky/nerdy/sassy/quirky.
You know who you are, but aren't finished growing.
You read.
You are not afraid of making a connection with someone.
I believe that trust and respect are the most important things between 2 people. Everything else is gravy.

Not looking to play games with people here, unless it's the board game kind. I’m here to meet nice and interesting people. Dating can be tough so I'm happy to get to know someone and not put too much pressure on the outcome.
I'm an independent person that is looking to share great moments. Let's try new things, learn from each other, and enjoy each other’s company. At the least, have an intelligent conversation. If any of this sounds good, just say hello.

Good to meet people online, but ultimately not looking for pen pals here. I’m more inclined to grab a yummy coffee than to live on email. So if you are interested in someone actually meeting you, send me a note.
