I'm a pastry chef in a bakery located in Belvidere. I'm also trying
to finish writing a script. Plus a novel. I love writing in my free

I love anything written by David Gemmell. I love to many movies to
list here. For music I like everything from Marilyn Manson to Irish
folk. I am in culinary school so I like a lot of different foods
and learning new ones to like. I just swithed to being a pastry
chef. I make the best cheesecake. I do. It's been called heaven on
a plate and an orgasm on a fork.
