My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hi I'm Gio, which is pronounced Joe, and I'm not really good in writing self-summary.

I was born in the Italian countryside, but I was bored of it, and also worried about the future, so I took a one way ticket to London. New country, new job, new life!

I like to read, draw, walking, trying new type of food, and think! I like to hang out with friends and chat in front of a beer. I'm not really a dancing guy or a party animal, so I prefer pubs to disco and clubs.

I love sports, specially water ones. My great love is swimming, and I've also worked as a swimming teacher for some years.

I cannot stay still for a second, and I'm kinda clumsy.

I have a lot of nerdy and geeky interests but I'm not going to bore you with them.

--- EDIT 3/13 ---
I've been going out for a while with someone, and I really like her. I'm not gonna remove my profile, as it's always fun to meet new people, but don't be surprised if I don't answer.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm working as game developer in the most fun educational startup in London. I love it!

In my spare time I try to get the most out of this wonderful city. And I'm learning Japanese and Swedish.

My life has been pretty boring before I started university, so now I'm trying to make up the lost time.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Hugging people, climbing trees, touching my nose with my tongue.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
You tell me...

Edit: a lot of people recently told me that I look older. Not sure what to make of it.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Way too many to list them all!

If I had to choose I'd go for science-fiction, thriller, fantasy and adventure, but I'm not really picky and enjoy almost everything.

Some movies, shows and books I've enjoyed recently:
Iron Man, Inception, The Dark Kinght Rises, The Big Bang Theory, Once Upon A Time, Doctor Who, Sherlock, Fringe, Person of Interest, Game of Thrones and the book saga Song of Ice and Fire, The End of Mr. Y, Douglas Adams books, some of the Isaac Asimov robot's books, the Millennium trilogy.
And Disney movies. And the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. And Star Wars, of course.

A book that changed my life is "The Last Lesson" by Randy Paush.

I like a different type of music genres, what a cliché. But seriously, music is about the emotion it gives, not about the category it's listed on iTunes.

I eat everything! I love eating!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Air, water, light, food, sun, brain and all the other organs. Sorry I couldn't resist...

A swimming-pool or even better the Ocean
A computer
A good book
Chocolate biscuits
A dream!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Things I'd like to do, places I'd like to visit, books I'd like to read, sports I'd like to try, food I'd like to eat. Crazy startup ideas.
How possibly can a human being watch some of the junk that's on tv.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Either hanging out with some friends or home with a book or a movie after a long work week.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I enjoyed Twilight, the books not the movies.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
If you arrived at the end of this profile and are still curious. If you'd like to try a new restaurant, go to an exhibition, or a walk to explore London.
If you don't think engineers and science people are boring weirdos.
If you have a good book to recommend.
If you can teach me Japanese or Swedish.

Also I'd be an hypocrite if I'd say that the look doesn't matter, but I find presonality and intelligence really important...
