Summary v2.0
Trying to re-write this AGAIN, and not having much luck. I hate talking about myself, and I always hated the essay questions in skool. All I can come up with are the cheesy, cliche things like "I'm a good listener, have a great sense of humor" etc.

I used to be a DJ, did it part time for about 7 years, mostly weddings and private parties. If that isn't cheesy..... no, I never considered myself to be the corny wedding DJ that everyone would laugh at. So if you like tons of oldies on your iPod, I can hook you up!

I'm more of a Pandora guy than a radio guy. That said, primary station on my car is WTOP, and NPR on Saturday mornings for CarTalk and Wait Wait (although lately I have just streamed the latter two sometime during the weekend).

I'm a finance/tech geek wanna be. In my current position, I hold the purse strings for a large IT project. Obviously I am better with numbers than words!

Can someone explain this friend/enemy thing to me?!? Maybe it's a Friends of Carlotta/Enemies of Carlotta thing? (Seriously doubt anyone gets that reference....)

Well I used to be good at grilling steaks.... I'm a good listener (I know... Boring...) parallel parking.... self depricating humor.... and I'm extremely talented at the art of using ellipses....

Hmm... My height? Almost 6-1, not a giant but... Or maybe my David Letterman-esque gap toothed smile?? If it's on the weekend, it's probably the fact that I didn't shave. :-)

Lately I've been getting into Big Bang Theory, as well as watching all 279 episodes of the old Hawaii Five-O! Love the Colbert Report and Daily Show when I remember to watch them!

I have very eclectic tastes in music, and have about 11,000 songs on my computer from my DJ days. Sometimes even I'm surprised if I put iTunes on shuffle!

Food... hmm... sadly I probably eat too much (that's why I started going to the gym again!). Love just about anything!

I should read more than I do. Last books I read were Wicked (saw the show in NYC a couple years ago) and George Takei's "Oh Myyy!". I like the traditional male genres (Stephen King, Tom Clancy, Dan Brown), and recently read Complete Book of Poems by Carl Sandburg. Oh, and Curious George is always a "go to".

How nearly every sentence in my profile ended with an exclamation point! And good god, did I really answer 523 questions???

Speaking of which, I also wonder how some of you have "Y'all got issues" instead of the generic "Questions" at the top?!

And even though I have it checked off, what exactly is "short term dating"??

What happens to all the unsold boxes of Girl Scout cookies?

How can someone like me with very little hair wake up with such wicked bed head???

Right now not much but looking to change that. I mean really, why else would I be typing this on my iPhone?

During baseball season I'm probably staying up too late watching Vin Scully and the Dodgers!

I'm also cleaning up my music on my computer. I've most recently gotten it down to just 1200 duplicated songs in my iTunes!
