My self-summary
I am: optimistic, adventurous, creative, proudly nerdy, agnostic, humanist, feminist, liberal.

Also: I'm a good cook, I eat (moderately) healthy, I like to travel, I love animals, I like board games, I love sci-fi/fantasy and anime, I truly dig stand-up comedy, and I'm always down for watching a documentary on birds/space/Genghis Khan/ect.

Looking for fellow weird person with whom I can cuddle and watch tv, prepare delicious food, play elaborate boardgames, ride roller coasters, travel the world, uppercut punch dinosaurs, and maybe go hiking and visit art museums once in a while.

Got LASIK some months back, so take any of those old pictures of me with glasses...and imagine them without the glasses! It's pretty awesome.

"Every single night / I endure the flight / of little wounds of white flame / butterflies in my brain..." --'Every Single Night,' Fiona Apple
What I’m doing with my life
working in software quality assurance automation, being awesome, thinking, learning, ect.
Right now I like my job and career-wise I'm in a pretty good place.

Went to India this past November, traveled to Japan and Europe in previous years, and last year I did domestic and visited New York City! I really enjoy traveling, and I intend to do more!
Update: old college roommate getting married in Korea in June... So I'm going to Korea! And China! Woohoo! (and the stress of trip planning begins again, haha...)
I’m really good at
noticing details, planning trips, cooking, writing, board games, creating automated tests (my jorb), spotting plot twists, appreciating irony

I spend a lot of time thinking about
deep, important questions like 'How can we eat?'; 'Why do we eat?'; and 'Where shall we have lunch?'
On a typical Friday night I am
at a nerdy meet-up group, reading a good book, watching terrible/awesome ScyFy original series, soaking in the hot tub/playing in the pool, or saving the world from aliens (again).
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I like watching other people play video games. My ideal afternoon:
Laying on the couch, me big spoon, you little spoon, you with a controller in your hands playing a game (preferably an RPG). :-)
You should message me if
You have an active curiosity about life, the universe, and everything.
You have a good sense of humor and a positive outlook.
You're open minded and adventurous!
You're a person of your word, and if you make plans you try your best to keep them.
You're playful and maybe a little silly (or at least you try not to take yourself too seriously).
