Hey there! I'm Brandon.

It's so hard for me to describe myself, but here goes!

I'm a pretty laid-back and easy going kind of guy. I try to take things one step at a time. I feel very fortunate that I can find the positive in most anything. My friends always ask how I can stay positive all the time. I guess I just try not to let the small stuff bother me. Life's too short, y'know?

I absolutely love music. I've been a guitarist for 16 years now, and it's been an amazing journey. While I'm playing, for a few brief moments I can bare my soul through the music. It's incredible. I love trying new things, seeing new sights and just generally experiencing all that Oregon has to offer. I love living here!

I know exactly the type of person I'm looking for, so I admit to being a bit picky. it's nothing personal, I just know what works for me. That being said, come say hi. Maybe it'll lead somewhere maybe it won't, but at the very least I'd love to make some new friends!

Right now I'm enrolled at Eastern Oregon University, finishing up my Bachelor's in Business. I also just got a new job, so balancing those two things has been an interesting challenge. It's kept me pretty busy!

When I get some free time, I'm usually over at a friend's place, enjoying some time with my family, who I'm very close with, or maybe just relaxing at home, listening to some music or whatnot.
I love trying new foods, going to concerts or the movies, or even just a walk on a cool summer's night. I think I may take up a sport or two this summer, not too sure yet.

Making desserts (especially anything with chocolate!)
Improving myself in some way
Empathizing with others

I've been complimented on my hair a ton of times. Its SO WEIRD to me, but there you go.

I love Metal, Rock, that style of music, though I'll listen to most anything if it's good.

Favorite bands: Megadeth, Dethklok, Green Day, Godsmack, Breaking Benjamin, Disturbed, Sevendust, so many more than I could possibly name here without making your eyes glass over haha.

Books: Lately I've been reading a lot when I get a chance, mostly the classics like Hemingway and Thoreau. Preston and Child are still my favorite, though.

Movies: Happy Gilmore, Ace Ventura 2, Goodfellas, Sherlock Holmes 2, The Avengers, so many more than I could possibly name.

Food: Everything. Oh except sushi ungh. Sorry but if my food still flops around, I don't eat it!

My future, that's the whole point of college, right? Also what I can do for fun in my free time, who I can spend it with.

Catching up with friends, playing my guitars, homework (bleh!), or just cruising around, enjoying the sights.

I'm not photogenic. At all. I wish I was. My mirror and my camera have two VERY different opinions on what I look like.

I'm a bit of a hopeless romantic, too.
