My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I would much rather hear an uncomfortable truth than a comforting lie. I love and hate with equal passion. I am completely and unapologetically myself. I learn new things about myself every day.

I love to make other people laugh. One of my favorite things to do is make someone laugh when they're feeling their worst. I'll make a tasteless joke at your mother's funeral as long as it makes you smile. Most people appreciate that.

I will swear often and imaginatively unless given a reason not to. Children at a bar is not one of those reasons. Children in the grocery store IS.

If at some point you don't ask yourself 'Am I the person I want to be, and if not how do I get there' then you have failed as a human being.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I have a BA in Communications, an AS in Collision Repair Technology, and currently I am working too hard for too little.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being Blunt.

Being confused.

Thinking in ways that make people confused.

Some people say I am good at writing, but I don't actually want to pursue a career in writing, because I enjoy it, but not enough to do it every day.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My boisterous laugh
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

On books: I love books. Fiction and fantasy with a serious funny streak, in particular. I'm a big fan of Terry Pratchett, Christopher Moore, Tom Robins, and Tom Holt. I appreciate a real copy in print more than it's Kindle or audiobook sister. There's just something irreplaceable about holding a book in your hands, smelling the glue, cracking it open for the first or the hundredth time.

I have an eclectic taste in movies. I studied film in college so I love many different forms of cinema. B Movies are great. These are a couple of my favorites. This is by no means a comprehensive list of what I enjoy or even of my favorites

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
Clue
Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle
Leon
Return To OZ
Fight Club
Chasing Amy
MirrorMask
V For Vendetta
What About Bob?

A short list of some favorite tv shows

Some of my favorite music. This does not mean I don't listen to the "Hot hits" on occasion.
Nirvana
Bad Religion
Alkaline Trio
That dog
90's music
Alternative
Older Green Day and Weezer

On Food: Mexican, but also trying new things. Think about what deliciousness you might have missed by not wanting to try something new!
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1) My friends
2) Laughter
3) Imagination
4) Change
5) Nature
6) New Experiences

This is a departure from my old list, but we must grow and change.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Everything and anything. My brain and imagination lead me to some strange places. Only people who know me really REALLY well can deduce what I might do in any given situation, and those people are still 50% wrong... 25% wrong given the person.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Either at home relaxing or out with my friends being awesome.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Except under very specific circumstances, I will not enter a home or personal space (such as a bedroom) without being invited.

I would like you to message me. I don't meet new people often and it's interesting to talk outside of my normal comfort
