My self-summary
Concise summary: introverted intellectual misanthrope. I'm actively adjusting the first and last parts of that statement.

I'm in a 4-person polyamorous relationship; my focus is on finding new friendships, good conversation, and activity partners for gaming / exploring / local events / artsy madness. If you are interested in joining our relationship as well, we are always welcoming to creative and intelligent people.

My interests include a little bit of everything, from chemistry and botany to architecture and jewelry design. These are not the topics I discuss, but the ones I like to get my hands on; appreciated conversation leans towards philosophy, social analysis, and the odd political rants.

The joy of nature and my interest in technology are always competing for how I spend my time. Those who love either are appreciated; those who love both are preferred.

For the categorically-minded, I'm a stereotype ISTP and a Ravenclaw to the core.

I'm a proud pansexual and don't usually get along with straight people, sorry.
What I’m doing with my life
Sketching designs for practical homes and their furnishings.

Taking photos of people and playing with them in Photoshop more than they are comfortable with.

Arguing with conservatives.
I’m really good at
Replacing your video game textures with anime screenshots.

Taking pictures with a fancy camera (I will not pretend to be a photographer).

Pretending to know things about computers.

Getting a good sense of people.
The first things people usually notice about me
That they don't notice me at all. You can't even see me.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Authors: Carson McCullers for fiction, Nietzsche for philosophy.

I read a lot of sci-fi early in life and got rather burned out on it, but usually get along well with people who enjoy it.

Nonfiction is always a gamble. Human Smoke is my best-recommended title in that genre so far.

Television and movies are seldom interactive /interesting enough to hold my interest, excepting a wide range of British programming. And to prevent all future conversations of the type, no, I don't know what actor you are talking about.

Music: Disco grunge crunkstep and any other combination of absurdities. Basically whatever Soundcloud likes playing at me.

PC games are a large part of my life because of who I once aspired to be and was so assuredly denied. Among my key favourites are Doom, Binding of Isaac, Minecraft and Civ V.
The six things I could never do without
Love (and the people to share it with).
Pen and paper.
Vestigal organs.
All the stuff I don't have and the people I don't know.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Do I work today? I only work 5 hours per month so probably not.

How much time is left before eggnog season.

Why extreme physical violence is more culturally appropriate than nudity.

Projects. I always plan for more than I can accomplish.

Establishing a socialist paradise.
On a typical Friday night I am
Either playing / making / destroying video games, or crammed into bed with my loves.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Nothing is too private for me to admit, just ask.

I'll go ahead and say that I once covered myself in paint and had sex on a canvas for a college art project. No, I did not tell anyone else how it was made.
I’m looking for
  • Guys and girls who like bi guys
  • Ages 18–32
  • Near me
  • For new friends, long-term dating, short-term dating
You should message me if
You love forests, ice cream, abandoned buildings, rattlesnakes, nerf guns, 120 degree summer days and 60 degree fall nights, dodging mosquitoes in a swimming pool and drinking lemonade at sunset.

You are looking for someone to join you on adventures.

You want new friends (because of my relationship type, you could make up to 3 more friends for the price of one!)

You are sitting at home on your computer with nothing to do and no one to talk to.

You aren't a materialist / capitalist.

You aren't a smoker.

I don't reply to one-word sends or brainless snippets of conversation.
