My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Well let's see, I'm a chill and compassionate 24 year old male with a penchant for games and technology. I love reading books, playing games(video, board, or card), dancing, and exercise.

I started on the East Coast and made it through high school out there before coming West to get my bachelor's in History. I've been out of college for a while now and I've got my life mostly in order (except not really)

I tend to let people make their own rules for life so long as they do the same for me, which generally means I get along well with just about anyone. I enjoy the company of people almost all the time but I do need a little alone time here and there, as I'm technically an introvert. I'm mostly rational about life and the world, and I tend to take things at face value and put a lot of trust in people until they forfeit it.

God, every sentence I wrote here has an S-V-O structure with a conjunction in the middle (and they all have me as the subject). The writer in me is not pleased.

Anyways, I've been in the same relationship for nine years and we went open a while back, so now I'm looking around to try to get a feel for what dating people is like and to have some fun in the process. If that's not a huge scary thing to you, awesome. We're actually really chill about the whole open relationship and I'm very interested in learning more about love, sex, and dating now that I have the chance. I guess the keyword for those of you who are looking for such things is polyamory.

That said, I'm also open to new friendships, so please don't feel like you shouldn't say hi if you're just looking to chill out with somebody in PDX with no romantic/sexual tension at all.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working in security until I can make it out of the country. The plan is to live a year abroad and then return to get my masters in some sort of technical field (possibly information security or technology). There are backup plans of course, and a couple of alternate life goals I'm still working on. Something to do with technology is a must, maybe making video games, maybe something else.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Almost anything I put my mind too. A friend of mine once called me an "ace of all trades, jack of none." While I'm not quite that amazing, I do tend to pick up new things fast and I'm bright enough to retain skills for a long time.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Probably tall, skinny, pale, and dark haired. People tell me I'm hard to read, though I like to think of myself as pretty expressive. If I'm not wearing my glasses, a lot of people seem to comment on my eye color (green).

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1: Technology, computers are the best of things (especially for video games!)
2: Books, gotta love reading
3: Exercise, I feel so much better after working out
4: People, they're interesting
5: My brother, we're a team
6: Challenges, something to aspire to
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Very abstract things, stories that I'd like to write, philosophy, video games, a weird mix of stuff really. Definitely sex in the mix there too.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Usually at some form of tabletop game. Sometimes I make it up to Vancouver for some Friday Night Magic but most weeks it's D&D or GURPS.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I tend to maintain too many unrelated friend groups (like, at least ten) at once which can be a drain on my energy.
