Howdy, I'm Andy

Working on getting my BA in Media Art & Design. It took me a while to go back to school, but I'm very happy with the way things are going. I've spent a majority of my adult life printing and designing menus, programs and posters at my work. It ain't to shabby. It is definitely time to move on though. I'm creating a children's book on my free time.

I'm going to school for my BA in Media Art & Design. I work at a print shop as well. I hustle at casinos on the weekends... kidding.

I also catch up on TV via Netflix and watch the Avengers about everyday.

I'm not going to write all my favorites. There isn't enough room for that. Some of the books I love are Geek Love, Watchmen, Daytripper, Free Will, Sex at Dawn, The War of Art.

Movies I love are Ghostbusters, The Royal Tenenbaums, Indiana Jones, Back to the Future, The Brothers Bloom, City of God and I'm infatuated with westerns.
My favorite type of music is something with a little southern twist. Basically, in the folk category. As of right now it's M Ward, David Dondero, Conor Oberst, Simon Joyner, Fleet Foxes, Dr. Dog, Sonic Youth, The Beatles (Always) and Radiohead. I also like hardcore, metal, classic rock, hip hop and others. I'd say I have an eclectic range in music.

Shows: Community, Game of Thrones, Justified, Being Human... I'd like to say I watch Adventure Time and Regular Show for the sole purpose of my new interest in animation, but that would only be half true.

I'm really picky when it comes to food. I don't like raw onion or spicy food. I'm a wuss... Shaddupp. But I love Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, Italian or pretty much anything that has good bread :P haha
