My Self-Summary
-You think you're going to get sex out of this relationship. Seriously, I have only been in one relationship where I actually got to the point with the person that I was with that I would consider having sex with them. I highly doubt we are going to get that far, unless you think I might be "the one", and even then, it would require a general consensus.
-You're too old for me! And trust me, you know when you're too old for someone. Just because we both play video games does not mean I will overlook the fact that you still live in your mother's basement and the only girlfriend you ever had was a blow-up doll named Bianca (unless, of course, you are Ryan Gosling - in which case, drop a line).
-You think you'll get past these barriers by being fake. I get bored easily, especially by people who talk about stupid things and try to act smarter than they actually are. If you're stupid, BE STUPID. Who knows, you might be my kind of stupid. ;3
That being said, let me scare you no more.
I'm a huge geek, and I love all kinds of different things, like comic books, literature, video games, and all sorts of movies. I love any and all kinds of trivia, and I'm extremely artsy. I like getting together with friends but I am not a big party or club person, though I do know how to have a good time when I'm in the mood.
What I’m doing with my life
I’m really good at
The first things people usually notice about me
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
My favourite books would take up pages and pages, so I'll just sum it up by saying that I'm a big fan of the classics, like Dickens, Orczy, and Twain, but I also like reading more modern literature, like Rowling, MacHale, and Jones. I love the Scarlet Pimpernel series and the Howl's Moving Castle series.
I love... wow, a lot of movies. I just love movies in general. My favourites, however, have to be 28 Days Later, The Full Monty, and Mysterious Skin.
The six things I could never do without
2) My literature. Never underestimate the power of a good book.
3) My friends. Cliche, but oh so true.
4) My mobile! Without it I'd be totally cut off from society.
5) My sketchpad. It is always with me.
6) My Claddagh. <3
I spend a lot of time thinking about
On a typical Friday night I am
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
One of my biggest fantasies is being serenaded by a guy (or a girl!) in a yellow tuxedo singing Bobby Darin's "Beyond the Sea". How silly is that? Bit I think it would be great fun. You do that for me, and baby, I'm yours.
I've always wanted to do a musical in the middle of nowhere, out of nothing. You know, like that scene in (500) Days of Summer when everyone just starts dancing to Hall and Oats' "You Make My Dreams Come True". I think that would be AMAZING.
I think karaoke is fun! I LOVE THE KARAOKE. Want to go to a karaoke bar with me? If you sing, I will love you forever. ...Well, you know.
That's not really too much of a private matter, as I'd tell anyone who asked me about it the same thing, but not a lot of people think to ask! Other than that, I don't really do the whole "privacy" thing. I find the best way to make friends that you keep is to tell them everything; this establishes trust, and trust is the most important thing in a potential friend or mate.
