My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I don't do the bar scene and don't plan to... so this seems like a good way to look around. Although it's been an annoying pain in the ass and I don't like it. I'm about to just give this up. So if you're interested, just message me ... anyway, how do I do this without it sounding like a dumb resume?

I'm a creative type. I probably have way too many interests and hobbies. My passion fluctuates and flows into new things all the time, so sometimes my concentration does too. I'm trying to get as many computer skills as I can. I want my upcoming years to be the best ones of my life. I'm heavily into geek culture. I'm both an outdoors and imdoor person... though I really hate bugs. over-opnionated on most things. I'm usually on-time or early for wherever I need to be. Open minded. Very chill. Always true to my word and honest. Fairly clean health lifestyle. Pretty careful with money. A test said I am an (INFJ-T), but really I'm (ISFP) I think. Usually prefer 1 on 1 talk or a group of 3 because that's what I'm used to. Always looking for new friends, most of mine moved away. I enjoy every kind of humor, dark/deadpan/stupid/wtf/dry/weird/inappropriate/offensive/outlandish/low-brow or high brow. If I see the tv shows you listed on your profile, I can determine if we have the same level of humor. :) I can be a kid at heart. Mostly a t-shirt and jeans guy. I may or may not occasionally have enough dog hair on me to be classified as a dog myself, but the dogs are hypoallergenic so people who are allergic wouldn't really react to it.

I spent most of my 20's in colleges... so I didn't get to have much time to travel, I hope I can make up for that time with a special someone.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Trying to live it I guess. I went to college for media arts and animation, and again for graphic design. Most of the debt is paid thankfully. I've been doing some contract/freelancing work here and there and currently seeking full time. Last job I had was at Groupon, which was pretty neat. In my free time I'm teaching myself a lot of new skills through tutorials, mostly AE animation and design. I try to keep up with current events. Keeping up on series I like. A lot of random internet stuff. Trying to stay active, loosing a few more pounds and doing occasional exercises at home. Occasionally walking around the park with my headphones, just appreciating nature and being alive. I love going to the outdoor public pools around here and and sometimes the beach. Simple things in life can sometimes be the best. Reddit. Basking in the golden age of our media entertainment. And challenging the 100% okc enemies to kung-fu fights to the death.

It's likely I'll be moving closer to the city, but I think I'm more of a suburbs man, having grown up in them most of my life. So part of my dream is to maybe at some point have a nice house in the suburbs... maybe with a pool, lol. The house I grew up in had one and I miss that so much.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I can count to potato. Sorry, I needed to say potato somewhere on here.

Taking/editing/restoring photographs. I mess with 3d software. I'm alright with After Effects work. Sometimes I like to draw random weird stuff. I try story-boarding ideas in my head when I'm listening to music on my headphones. A slightly newer passion of mine is cosplay (going to Acen this year). I have tons of interests in and outside of art. If you want to see any of my work, just ask!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: The internet is my never ending book. Maybe a comic too, though I haven't read one in a long time.

Music: I love 80's love music, or just 80's in general. Rock/ska/alt/industrial/game music/a few Japanese ones/etc. Mostly inspirational hits. Anything -except- rap hiphop or country. Well some country is tolerable. Not mariachi either... I mean I would have to assume most hate it by default but I'll say that anyway.

TV: It's usually my white noise in the background. Because I love art, I have a passion for animation in general, because cartoons just plain kick ass. I could tune in on almost anything on Adult Swim, Cartoon Network or Comedy Central. Some anime. Walking Dead, The Flash, Gotham. Too many to list. Though, I don't watch sports or reality shows. I don't let people talk me into going to sport events anymore... hey, we all have our limits. I choose not to be bored to death.

Movies: Love anything by Pixar, Disney, Dreamworks. Marvel/DC movies, sci-fi/fantasy/comedy/occasionally horror if I feel like it, I'm usually open to whatever though!

Video games: I don't have as much time to play them as much as I used to I guess, but I still make some time because it really is the highest form of art + entertainment that exists. I still need a special player 2 who's also my number 1 to join in. Mario games, Fighting games, Final Fantasy, Zelda, Portal, RE4, Uncharted, Splatoon, love some Sonic stuff, Tomb Raider, SMASH Brothers. I love a little of everything.

Food: I really enjoy spicy stuff, but not eating actual peppers. I try to eat healthy though, I even gave up soda for the most part... so much sugar in there... which just turns into fat. I usually like to eat what's familiar, but sometimes I'll be adventurous, as long as I know what's in it... and it's not something like an animal's brains or balls as a dish from another country. Bleh. Not really a fan of seafood, except for salmon.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Family (some)
*insert more generic basics all humans need*
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Are these okc filters making me too picky? / About life and death in general / Constantly think about all the people I've met / Who I'll be with for the rest of my life / One day traveling to one of those sandals places or Hawaii / self improvement / Aliens / why half the people on okc don't know how to hold a decent conversation / what the hell does curvy even mean? / Why the heck is salary required on some dating sites? Must be for people looking to marry into money, ugh. People need to get together for love, not that.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Usually relaxing/resting, doing my own thing. But always up for whatever comes my way. I can go with the flow or create it. If I'm with someone, something different and spontaneous is always nice. I can be an outdoor kind of guy or a homebody, and cuddle with a movie or show. Cards Against Humanity. Or even going out and doing paintball/lasertag/bowling/arcades, The VOID( Whenever it comes out), and just good old fashioned or random entertainment. I'd love to start doing little weekend trips at some point.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I love lamp * Sometimes I draw a penis on the side of the grocery signature screen * I like some of Katty Perry's music * I looked at the guy's profiles on here... where did everyone's shirt go? * I filled out so many explanations in the question section. There you go NSA! Apparently I did your job for you.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
I don't often bother to send the first message much anymore. So if you want to talk, just go for it! I don't bite.

If you're a happy person, or at least not too depressing. Basically just looking for a good, geeky-type of person (can't stress that enough) that may or may not have some kind of creative artistic side to them. Willing to face off with me in Smash Brothers. These things would just help A LOT if we were to share interests. I don't believe that complete opposites attract as strongly as the same side, at least most of the time.
If you want a partner who's also like a best friend. It's best to start as friends anyway, and It's best if we have some things in common. I'm always looking for new regular friends too. But my main goal here is a good 'ol monogamous romantic long term equal-powered relationship.

If that sounds like you, don't be afraid to message me first. It also it helps if you don't like sports, I don't really understand the emotional investments people put into them, it would be great it I wasn't the only one around here who feels the same way. If you want a travel buddy, but at the same time not being way too excessive about it.

I rather not go to a bar or restaurant to meet, it just doesn't seem like a proper way to meet for the first time. A way to just talk or hang without a bunch of background noise is best. A walk in the park would be perfect. Hell, even camping might be cool for a 3rd or 5th date if we get along. Even going to one of those trampoline places would be fun.

Your picture(s) are recent and show more than just your head shot over and over. You need to be honest with people. And you don't just only say "hi".

I wish I could make this profile sound less serious, but then it would be too long :P Maybe I'll re-write it so that it says if you want to make blanket forts and facepaint. Fingerpainting's cool man, m'kay? ...m'kay. South Park reference, in case you for some reason don't watch it.

Because it sounds way too serious in here... random video time!
