Last September I finally convinced myself to take the plunge and join (nervously). Strange enough, after going through more questions than what is presumably on the MI6/CIA exams, I went dark until a couple of weeks ago. It's really hard to just blather on about one self as it feels like I'm in a Human Resources department awaiting an interview; however, here's a little more about me:

I was born in England; however, lived in Jamaica prior to landing in New York as a youngster.

Silly: Have been known to laugh and not afraid to make a fool of myself

Reasonably Happy - Yeah. I suppose so, but then, shouldn't we be if we’re alive and breathing today in NYC?!?

Witty: This wouldn't even be able to SHOW my ability to be witty. I have diagrams, etc .

Sarcastic: Can't you get that feeling from this cleverly written intro? :-)

I'm incredibly lucky that I love what I do for a living; however, while I work too darn much, I'm still trying my best to balance life and work - Unsure if I'm really succeeding at it though.

Being me. That includes smiling often and laughing easily - even at myself. Attempting to make the best of most situations. However, when I'm not doing those things, I'm leaping tall buildings in a single bound and seeing through things like Superman aka Man of Steel.

Hard to say but a few people have mentioned my dimples, smile and that I look younger than my age.

Books: Law thrillers so anything by John Grisham, Scott Turow, David Baldacci & Brad Meltzer and a few other lawyers turned authors. Additionally, Days of Grace, Kaffir Boy, The Wretched of the Earth, All the President's Men, The Personal Touch, The Last Lecture, The Four/Fifth Agreements. About to begin Grisham's latest The Racketer

Movies: Where to begin?!? The Usual Suspects, Insider, Heat, Gladiator, Jerry Maguire, True Romance, Sneakers, Se7en, Blazing Saddles, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, Top Gun, Primal Fear, Amistad, Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Shawshank Redemption, The Constant Gardener, Field of Dreams, The Natural, Before Sunrise, The Breakfast Club, What about Bob, Midnight Run. There are so many more to add.

TV Shows: West Wing, Sports Night, Friday Night Lights, Alias, Lost, VEEP, Scandal, Happy Endings, New Girl, Castle, NCIS:LA, Good Wife, Mindy Project, Mentalist, ESPN. My DVR gets a good workout. Oh, I know that I should watch Mad Men, Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones; however, I just haven't as yet. Please don't revoke my television watching privileges. :-)

Music: Reggae (Bob Marley & other old school artists), Of Monsters & Men, All things Hans Zimmer movie soundtrack related, Adele, Ben Howard, Fun., Damien Rice, Ellie Goulding, The Lumineers, Mumford & Sons, Rihanna, Sting, Daft Punk and more

Food: Everything, with the exception of sushi, beets, avacado's, mayonnaise
