My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am a visual artist and a musician. I have been living in between Philadelphia and Portland since last summer, but I have just signed a lease in Portland this month, so I guess I'm staying here for awhile. I have an art show coming up in July, so I've been painting a lot. I was born in upstate New York, raised in a small town in Pennsylvania, and came of age in Philadelphia, where I went to Tyler School of Art of Temple University. I moved to Portland in 2003 and fell in love with the forward thinking people, amazing art and music scene, and fun places to eat, drink, hike, and read.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Mostly making art and music every day, I have more commissions to finish right now than I can make in a month which is a good thing.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I do impressions. I can do DeNiro quite well, and I do Rod Serling from The Twilight Zone. Once in a Blue Moon I find myself at karaoke night doing either "China Girl" by David Bowie, or "She's Not You" by Elvis Presley.

Any films by Scorsese, Spielberg, Coppola, Lynch, Kurosawa, or Gus Van Zandt. New York Stories by Paul Auster and Blood Meridian by Cormac Macarthy are two of my favorite books.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Tomorrow's menu. If you're lucky, I'll make my classic eggs benedict. I can poach perfect eggs every time, and I make a Hollandaise sauce that will make your mouth water. Hope you're not a vegetarian, otherwise you will miss out on the Canadian bacon. Then again, if you are, that's just more for me. I also do a pescatarian version with crabmeat.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Weekends are for amateurs, I like to go to a local 1920's Jazz night on Tuesdays, and I like to hit the galleries downtown on First Thursdays.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I once knew a Jack, who looked like a Jill, and smelled like a John.
