Write in third person? Devin doesn't mind writing in third person, he just finds it odd. In fact, his memoirs will take place from the point of view of his dog, or houseplant. He hasn't made up his mind.

Okay, enough of that nonsense.

I'm a multifaceted person, or at least I continue the lie as if I were. I have more integrity than you could imagine, but my modesty is on the decline after a long struggle. I mostly stick to tech, hard science concepts, gaming, and movies. Friends have a strong role, family does not. Not for lack of interest, but for lack of presence. I'm strong-willed, and tough skinned. But I still am afflicted with a romanticism that is seldom seen in this age of man.

For those of you that subcribe to standardized Meyers-Briggs tests, I repeatedly land INTJ, the Mastermind. I actually agree with the test results, and have found that the basic sketch therein covers me pretty well. So if you want to do a little research on me, thats a good place to start.

Also, I'm here because I'm bored, and I'd like to meet some new people. I end up adding to these profiles over time, so if this is sparse, that means its a new profile.

Double also: I'm a dog person. I figured I'd take a cue from another profile I liked and state the fact. You just end up taking stuff like that for granted sometimes.

Right now, I'm a student majoring in Anthropology. I have my plans, but I like to consider myself flexible. Army is my destination, so far as I'm willing to plan (Officer, just in case you were wondering. I have a knack for leadership). Past that, it's classified.

Knowing useless science trivia that no one around me cares about. Playing video games in a sort of binge nature. Finding women to chat up and then not asking for their number just to make them double think the entire conversation. Pulling from my infinite reserves of willpower that by all accounts and records doesnt exist until I need it to. And other things as well.

That I usually dont care how I come off. Which lets people assign labels to me on their own, and therefore usually be wrong about me.

I don't maintain favorite lists unless they're tied to nostalgia somehow. Im a movie junkie/movie snob, avid gamer, diehard geek, and still can speak to the general populace.

But if I need a semblance of structure here goes: My favorite book is the last one I read. My favorite movie is quite possibly High Fidelity. I also love Eddie Izzards standup dvds, and have committed most of the content to memory. If ever you see me spontaneously laugh to something, I may very well be relating something to an Izzard bit. My favorite music is usually rock/alt. Maybe 91-02. Classic rock is nice, but I wasnt there to participate in the fun during the times, so its always going to be in a muted tone. Metal is good, but usually sketchy. I like some blues/soul, as well as industrial. My favorite food is from a little Chinese take out place that I used to always get at my grandfather's house on Saturdays. GoGo China. Orange chicken & chow mein.

Mental stimulation, sleep, music, something(1), something(2), my unbridled sense of hope & willpower. Good?

Far too much. How I can accomplish something creatively, or complete something creative. My future, the world future, and other deep things. And then theres the time spent thinking about absolutely nothing. Because I am a man, and thats what we do sometimes. Oh, and the imminent question: WWGFD?
