My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
So, hi. I'm Tony, I'm a twenty-something. My life is still in a state of heavy change, like I imagine most people my age's lives are. Whatever I put down here could become entirely false by tomorrow.

I am polyamorous. This is something I'm very open about, and happy to talk about if you are unfamiliar or would like to know more.

I'm a total nerd. I enjoy things like video games, comics and anime. I spend a lot of time on the internet when I've got nothing better to do. I check reddit multiple times a day. I'm not all that big on team sports, but I do enjoy more solo-oriented competition, such as martial arts and fencing I'm also a very big rock climbing enthusiast, and you can frequently find me scaling things at Stone Summit.

I'm also a burner. Even though this is something I only do a couple times a year, I think it defines me in a major way. My two main burns are Alchemy and Flipside, but I'm considering branching out a bit more in the coming year.

I can be confrontational and enjoy a good argument (er, I mean, debate). I have a unique sense of humor, and it does quite often involve sarcasm. I'm quite possibly the most stubborn person I know, but I think most stubborn people feel that way.

On slow days (of which I find myself possessing fewer and fewer of), I like hanging out in coffee shops (even though I'm not a big coffee fan) and bookstores.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
School, work, rock climbing, adventures. Not necessarily in that order.

I'm also a hypnotist, and am currently trying to find a way to make that lucrative.

I also play a lot of Go. It's an asian strategy game, way more fun than chess. Ask me about it! I love teaching people to play.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Modesty.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Height, most likely. Being 6'4" tends to be a bit eye-catching. Not-to-mention the fact that I'm really skinny, which makes my height even more pronounced.

Beyond that, I get a lot of compliments on my eyes. But know what I've discovered? Just about everyone on OKC gets their eyes complimented. Turns out eyes are pretty, generally speaking.

Straying away from physical things, it doesn't take long for people to notice I don't always respect the unspoken social rules of life. The time I decided to dance barefoot on my professor's desk when she left the room comes to mind...
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Ugh. Favorites. I hate favorites. I'm not a favorites-kinda-guy. This list is super incomplete

(A) Fantasy books tend to be my thing, especially when they're in good humor. Think Douglas Adams and Terry Pratchett. Neil Gaiman is also fantastic (both his books and graphic novels). I have to admit, I only got into His Dark Materials after I saw the movie... but they're definitely great books. I've also been trying to get into the classics more lately. Just read Brave New World recently, absolutely loved it. Currently obsessed with A Song of Ice and Fire. Beyond good old-fashioned books, I love comics and manga. I used to be a Spider-Man nut, but after the revamp I haven't touched the stuff. Outside of the mainstream, I love any comic by Neil Gaiman as a general rule. Fables, Y The Last Man, Virgin (why did I put that in brackets? Oh lord...), Transmetropolitan, Sandman, Preacher and many others. My favorite manga right now is Negima (don't knock it until you try it!).

(B) I Heart Huckabees, Groundhog's Day, Stranger Than Fiction, Little Nemo: Adventures in Slumberland, Spider-Man, Batman Begins, The Godfather Trilogy, Closer, Escaflowne, Lost In Translation, Moon, Incredibles, Snatch, Summer Wars, Ocean's Eleven, Saved!, Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Clerks, Fight Club, anything by Hayao Miyazaki

(C) In no particular order: Frou Frou, M-flo, Daft Punk, Moloko, Portishead, Hamasaki Ayumi, Gorillaz, Freezepop, Passion Pit, Ellie Goulding, Ore Ska Band, Pendulum, The Dresden Dolls, Pizzicato Five, Regina Spektor, Radiohead, The Protomen, The Mountain Goats, RJD2, Pogo, Caravan Palace, Fatboy Slim, Beats Antique, Sleigh Bells, Oh Land, ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION, Massive Attack, Eagles, The Doors, Cobra Starship, HALCALI, Ludo Interpol, Jem, Cake, Morningwood, The Streets, The Dandy Warhols, Utada Hikaru, Metric, Panic! At the Disco, Hellogoodbye, Jonathon Coulton, Aqua Timez

(D) I'm a big pizza and calzone fan. I love Italian food. But who doesn't, right? Also, I absolutely love breakfast food. Hence why you'll find me at IHOP a lot. Also, sushi is yum. Very, very yum. As a rule, if it lived in the ocean, I probably want it in my stomach.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
It always interests me how people so often want to eschew frivolity for this question. Listen, we all know you need air to breathe.

1. Something to read
2. A game to play.
3. Reddit (I have a problem. I admit it)
4. Music
5. The city
6. Burns
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I think. A lot. A lot, a lot. Especially in the shower. That's my thinking time. I think about everything from the nature of reality to "What should I say I think about in the 'I Spend a Lot of Time Thinking About' category. I try to keep my brain active, and am always out to learn new things.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
So I used to have a big joke here about how predictable my Friday nights are (probably sitting in, watching a movie or playing games), and simultaneously poking fun at all the people who talk about how unpredictable their Friday nights are.

But as of late, my Fridays have gotten a bit unpredictable. Atlanta is a big city, and there's always something going on, if you're willing to look for it. I'm starting to get more into the swing of things, and having a lot of fun doing so.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I can be a little obsessive about cleaning my ears. If I go more than a day without a q-tip in there (I know you're not supposed to, whatever) then I start feel a little grossed out.

If you have a sense of humor. If normal just doesn't do it for you. If you're looking for an adventuring partner to run all over the city with. If you want to be lazy and just play video games, or have a movie night. If anything in my profile has intrigued you. And hell, if you just wanna chat, that works too. Don't be shy. Give me a message, I'm always happy to make new friends, or whatever else. I love meeting new people, period!

If you're a burner, polyamorous, or both, you've already got major points.

Also, if all you say is "hey" in your message, you're probably not getting a reply. Give me something to go on, please!
