I love finding treasures in unlikely places such as thrift stores or perhaps an online dating site. I like to get lost when I have nowhere to go. If I had a nickel for every time I forgot something I would have a lot of misplaced nickels. I haven't decided to grow up entirely just yet, but that doesn't mean I'm not responsible, just not overly serious. I still like to play dress-up, though I pull off cute better than sexy. I like to roller skating, I am an air hockey champion and I own a colorful kite.

I don't care for smoke so cloudy bars have never been my forte. Give me good coffee, or better yet delicious tea, and I'm a happy gal. A good movie, along with most visual stimuli including people watching and I'm easily amused. Dandelions beat roses with thorns. Must love, or at least tolerate, my cat because she is always vying for attention. Other true loves are chocolate, massages and photography -- not in order.

Disorder is a good way to describe my organizational skills, though I've always been responsible and I've never lost anything important like a small child or an elephant. I like to travel, but hardly do. I've never been out of the country, but I lived in Wisconsin for awhile and it's like a different planet where cheese and beer are a dominant food source. I don't like beer.

I ramble. Sometimes I'm too shy. I'm a work in progress.

I am creative, unpretentious and absent-minded

I'm doing my best to discover what brings happiness into my daily life and joy to those I include in it. Career wise I'm a photographer and work at a university or occasionally as a freelancer.

Making friends, I'm a good listener as well as open minded, so I've never had trouble meeting new friends. Being a photographer I'm more than efficient with Photoshop, though like any art form there's always more to learn. I suppose I'm a good student, tough I'm not in school currently, I like to keep learning. I'm also an expert procrastinator.

I'm short, so maybe the top of my head or maybe that I have a camera pointed at them.

Food -- I'm willing to try anything once and love traveling to exotic places through food. Asian and Spanish are favorites, but it can't be too spicey.

Sight, sound, taste, touch, love and humility

On First Fridays I like to be out at the galleries, but on the others I can either be found at home, curled up with a movie or book, out to dinner with friends or whatever else strikes my fancy.

I forget, a lot.

Something I've written makes you go hmmm, ahhh or huh? You're a good conversationalist and have something of interest to say. You love photography, art or are passionate about either. You're looking for a new friend and think we have a lot in common. Or simply have some witty retort that will make me laugh.
