The other day, someone was going on about themselves, then stopped and said "OK, so tell me about you." And I was silent, didn't even know who I am in that moment. So I need to rediscover who I am. Here's what I've remembered so far:

Radical moderate/moderate radical. Musician. INFJ. Astrologer (there is far, far more to astrology than newspaper horoscopes). Redhead. Lefty. Jack of all trades, master of a couple.

Living the American Dream, although that was certainly never my intention.

I work a lot. Too much. My job's good, and I'm good at it, but it's not particularly fulfilling. I hope to do something more meaningful, which may or may not require law school.

Listening. Understanding. Debating. Witty repartees. Singing, although I am rusty. I am also in the top 5% worldwide on a number of iOS casual games (Temple Run 2, Doodle Jump, Bouncedown). Yes, you can have my autograph.

My red hair - I can be picked out of a crowd pretty easily. So much for that life of crime...

I am a culture sponge. If I don't know it, I've probably heard of it.

I like Utopias and dystopias. Philosophy, non-fiction, good fiction, current events. Everything Vonnegut wrote. The Alchemist. I Am America (And So Can You!)

Very broad musical tastes - everything from Eminem to the Greatful Dead to Ani Difranco to The Beatles. I used to be more involved in the local music scene; my triumphant return is yet another thing on my to-do list.

I just got Netflix, so I'm back into TV after a long hiatus. Breaking Bad, Louie, 30 Rock, and Mad Men are my favorites so far. I consider Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert two of the most important voices in our political echo chamber.

Music, good beer, the Internet, coffee, chocolate, and water. Oh and oxygen. And Vitamin D.

How to rebuild society without all of its inequalities and injustices. Specifically, blending capitalism and socialism's best parts to create a society rooted in accountability and opportunity.

Hanging at home most likely, although I love trivia nights and concerts.

I'm not looking for anything super-serious on here. I'm just looking for some fun connections, new friends, and some lighthearted fun. I believe life is too short to be missing opportunities to connect with good people. I don't want to look back on my life and only see missed chances and regrets.
