I am Passionate, Caring, and Religious.

My Self-Summary

Hi. I'm a Christian and I do believe that love is best built upon friendship and Christ. I have made my mistakes in the past... and I'm not going to judge you, please extend that much respect to me as well. I believe that Christians should accept everyone for whom they are and let God do the judging. I love friends, so even if you aren't interested in me on a romantic level... send and IM. I could always use another church-buddy (because I tend to not go when I have to go alone) or another drinking buddy

I also am passively seeking "the one" (even though I hate that concept). I love being in love... and I do not believe in: "open relationships", "f***buddies" or "non-monogamous relationships".

What I’m doing with my life

I support myself totally and fully. I work full time and am very stable in my job. I intend to start my career once I tie up a few loose ends in my degree. I will have a degree in Marketing once I complete one stupid class that I overlooked during my undergraduate life. So I'm kinda a college graduate... kinda not. I'll be going back to school to either A) get my masters in business (if I can find someone to pay for it for me) or B) get my degree in nursing. I just haven't decided which path to take... and I am so sick of school.

As I stated earlier I work full time... I work with developmentally disabled adults. It's a really rewarding job and I really value the insight it gives me about people. It really, really makes you value what you have and feel for people. When someone can look at the fact that they are DD and still smile everyday, still laugh loud... still show the world who they are; that's amazing. The fact that normal people cannot even try to be happy with what they have irritates me.

The first things people usually notice about me

I think it would probably be my eyes... Yes, for the sake of this being a dating website, let's just go with eyes. Or possibly the fact that I'm laughing... because I usually am.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I love the book Paper Towns by John Green. Unfortunately, that's the only one I've read lately because I've been too busy trying to work insane amounts of hours. I def. like the Bible though, Harry Potter (yep, geek here and proud), and the Post Secret books.

Movies? I like romantic comedies, comedies, action movies... basically anything but "I'm going to kill you by pulling out every hair on your body and creating a noose by weaving them all together and hanging you" movies... (I.E. Saw, Saw1, Saw2, Saw3, Saw4... up to Saw90 (can't they give it a freaking rest?!?))

Music... well I like everything musical. I don't like rap that's degrading and I don't like country that's super twangy. Otherwise, It's probably cool by me. I like such artists as Regina Spektor, Fuel, AMR, Imogen Heap, 3oh!3, Aqualung, The Beatles, Ben Lee, Daft Punk, John Mayer, Linkin Park, Mika, Plain White T's., Seether, Metro Station, Hellogoodbye... and much more.

The six things I could never do without

In No particular order...
1) My cell phone
2) My Computer
3) My extremely crappy car
4) My Religion
5) My family
6) My Friends

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Where I will be in 10 years, what job I will have in 2 years... if I will ever complete this stupid degree.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I'm very open about most things, If you ask I will probably tell you whatever. I'm trying to give myself a fresh start on 2009.

You should message me if

You want to talk to me for any reason. I usually respond unless I'm busy. :)
