It's been a weird year.
But it's not all bad. There's not one, but TWO new Kevin Devine albums out, this Facebook group exists for stimulating music chats (https://www.facebook.com/groups/130191103798004/) and I've finally given in and gotten a premium Spotify account, so I can listen to 'No Scrubs' as many times as I like, whenever I like.
But other than that, I'm Tom, I'm 24, I'm pretty much starting over on this whole 'being twenty-something' phase, I listen to unashamedly whiny music and obsess over TV (planning to go and do an MA in Screen writing next year), I cannot stand Dr Who, I still like going to see loud noisy bands and jumping off the stage into a sea of people, I genuinely like the taste of lager and am awkward in most clubs, preferring the surroundings of a pub.
Here's my blog, where I write about TV and films and stuff: http://tomspopculturevomit.blogspot.co.uk/
I'm probably one of the few ACTUAL Londoners left. Born in Camden, family is from East London and has been for apparently forever. Therefore, y'know, I don't find it as AWESOME as most people who have just moved here. This doesn't mean I'm a miserable sod. Just....well, I did most of the stuff people go mad for when I was a teenager.
