I'm Tom. Basically everything you'll need to know about me is covered in the following sections. Also, if you like the band the Flatliners, just message me immediately because you are awesome. And chive on, of course.

Currently, I'm working full time and also going to grad school for my MBA. My job consists of a lot of budget checking and reviewing of contract proposals, so basically it's the world's most exciting profession. I play in two bands, both of which play punk rock and both of which are awesome. Also, I'm a pretty big sports fan, meaning I have a healthy (bordering on unhealthy) obsession with the Orioles and Ravens. In the summer I've been known to frequent Ocean City, MD, where you will find me classing it up drinking Boh at one of the local establishments.

I've played the drums for 15 years now, so I would hope that I'm somewhat good by this point. I used to play a lot of baseball, but now my skills have been translated to slow pitch softball. I also dominate at Super Smash Bros. and have an incredible capacity to remember useless information.

That I am awesome.

This is a loaded section. Okay, so book wise, some of my favorites are Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, A Song of Ice and Fire, The Alphabet of Manliness, I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell, Jurassic Park, and Syrup.

With movies there are probably too many to count, but the highlight reel would probably go: The Big Lebowski, Good Will Hunting, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Inception, Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, Dark Knight, Dumb and Dumber. Also, any number of documentaries.

For TV I mainly like pretty much anything that HBO does. The Wire is by far and away my favorite show of all time, but I also really like Game of Thrones, Flight of the Conchords, Curb Your Enthusiasm, and Eastbound and Down. Besides HBO: Seinfeld, The Office (through season 5), The Simpsons (but only episodes prior to 2000), It's Always Sunny, and most recently Parks and Rec.

I'm big into punk rock, but I have a pretty wide range of musical tastes. I'll try to keep this list as short as possible: Dear Landlord, The Flatliners, Bad Religion, Lagwagon, Dead to Me, NOFX, Blink-182 (old stuff), Green Day (old stuff), Direct Hit!, Strike Anywhere, The Menzingers, The Lawrence Arms, No Use, Banner Pilot, The Bouncing Souls, Sublime, The Shins, Band of Horses, The Lumineers, MGMT, Cake, Bob Dylan, Creedence, etc.
