My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I never know how to fill these out. It's a cover letter for a partner and I'm terrible at cover letters for jobs.

I am a huge nerd and I wear that on my sleeve, but I'm also very outgoing and am usually up for a good party. I'm very into movies, comics and books. I have a broad sense of humor which can range from dry, caustic, silly to VERY dark. If you're easily offended I'm more than likely to upset you at some point as I shoot from the hip when I find something funny and it's only when the laughing stops that I see who's glowering. However I am fiercely loyal to my friends and devoted to my family though both can exasperate me.

Drawing and writing calm me and allow me to get ideas out. Despite being almost constantly out of the house and causing a ruckus, I do value my down time since it allows me to decompress and assess various parts of my life.

I'm a very good cook and I'm attempting to develop an outdoorsy side that consists of places other than the beach. That's pretty much it without writing a 'Too long, did not read.' summary, ask me if there's anything I left out.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a college graduate currently working full time at a hotel as it pays the bill. My heart lies with my art, namely illustrating and screenwriting, and if it paid as much as my job (or at all really), I'd be doing that. I'm debating getting my masters in either 3D design or illustration to broaden my prospects and become a real boy.
I'm usually working on illustration projects mostly personal, occasionally professional. I'm constantly writing to get ideas out, some of which I refine into full projects a fraction of which I complete.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Drawing, writing, and making people laugh.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I've been told for a big guy it's striking to hear me be so soft spoken. Not Guy-from-The Blind Side-soft, just not what people expected. But I can get really loud when excitedly discussing something.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Barring the essential food and water they are:

My Glasses

Family and Friends (some friends are close enough to be family, some family aren't even my friends, so one-and-the-same)

Paper and a never-dull, infinite lead 2B pencil (you can't have one without the other)

A good book to read

A computer and the internet

My car
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Honestly anything at any time. In my quiet time I'm usually thinking of stories or what to draw. If I read an article it can spark a stream of ideas on politics or society, I can spend an exorbitant amount of time grousing and lamenting on both, so I tend to not dwell on those when I could devote time to creative endeavors.
And ok, I'll admit, I have discussed with friends the protocol for exodus following the zombie apocalypse.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Either out with friends or working. It's a rare Friday that I'll be at home, usually only if I'm working on a project or plans A-D fall through.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I owned Hanson's Middle of Nowhere on cassette and to this day I maintain, it's not a bad album, in fact for musicians that young it was pretty good.
