My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hey, my name's Harvey. I'm originally from Worcester, now living in in Amersham, although I try to get back when I can to see my pigs. And the family too I guess..!

I work freelance which means that I'm pretty much always either working stupid hours, with no time for anything else, or between jobs and too much free time on my hands. Right now: busy, busy, busy.

Top three places I'd like to visit would be Iceland (which I'm doing later this year), New Zealand and Antarctica.

I may have also recently volunteered myself for rescuing animals and taking them to a wildlife centre. Haven't entirely worked out the logistics of this yet but it seems like a very worthy cause and I'm a complete sucker for trying to save injured animals. Plus this way I have to hand them over before I get too attached to them.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm working my dream job as a special effects artist - essentially making monsters for some of my favourite films and TV shows..! Currently working on a few different TV things while I wait for the next big one to start up again.

That I look like someone else. I seem to have outgrown the Harry Potter comparisons, and had a phase of being told I looked like Clarke Kent, then Where's Wally, then Peter Parker, then back to Clarke Kent again.

Oh so many...

Guardians of the Galaxy. Pan's Labyrinth, Lord of the Rings, Serenity, Labyrinth, The Princess Bride, Donnie Darko, Jurassic Park, Star Wars, Moon, The Avengers, The Muppets, Galaxy Quest, Pacific Rim, How to Train Your Dragon, The LEGO Movie.

Firefly, Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, Community, Doctor Who, Northern Exposure, Twin Peaks, Battlestar Galactica, Archer, Buffy, Sherlock, Bob's Burgers, Flight of the Conchords, Parks & Rec, Agents of SHIELD, Orphan Black.

I'd probably put ASoIaF at the top of my list - Storm of Swords was the best thing... Ever... Of all time. I'd also include Neverwhere (Neil Gaiman), The Princess Bride (William Goldman) and 'S.' (JJ Abrams) because it's probably the most beautifully presented book ever made. Currently reading Good Omens by Neil Gaiman/Terry Pratchett.

Mainly small folky bands I guess, but I do like quite a lot of everything really. Not really R&B/rap stuff though... Johnny Flynn, Laura Marling, Wye Oak, First Aid Kit, The National, Bon Iver, Mumford & Sons, Tunng, Junip, Cake, Cold War Kids, Of Monsters and Men, Melodica Melody & Me, Neutral Milk Hotel, Rodriguez. Fleetwood Mac.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
The internet - for knowledge of just about everything, and cat videos.
iPhone - Music, contacts, camera - everything needed in one place.
Car - growing up I lived pretty much in the middle of nowhere. The day I passed my driving test was a good day.
Clay & Sculpting tools
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Zombies. If the zombie apocalypse ever actually happens, I've got it all planned out...

Also wormholes.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Either pulling an all nighter at work, stuck in traffic or chilling on the sofa with my good friend Netflix.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I don't like coffee. And I don't mind tea but to be honest I don't see what all the fuss is about.
