My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
If you are reading this it probably means I messaged or liked your profile or that you were perusing profiles and that deep dimple of mine drew you in....or maybe it was the blue eyes and what I call "the smirk".

Unlike most people here I am not new to online dating....I've used it rather successfully since about 2005 with several long term term relationships coming from it (including a 3 year failed engagement). I like that it enables you to meet people you ordinarily wouldn't meet (I am not a bar guy and never have been) who you know are at least looking (that's the premise anyway)...with a little scouting report they call the "About Me" (aka eliminate smokers) but this is the longest I've ever been active on it (historically I haven't been single for a long period of time).

I used to have a well written "this is who I am and this is who I am looking for"....but I've chosen just to take this writing approach because things seem to have changed with online dating and its increasingly hard to find people who want something real. Like my headline says...I describe myself as a "nice, goofy, rambler" and I hope that is coming across well as my genuine nature.

All my relationships ran their courses and ended rather amicably but I am looking for the one that's course runs to the end. I tend to be attracted to women who are also intelligent, down to earth, and genuine. I also value family (and ultimately would like to have kids someday).

If you are interested we should talk. I will forewarn you that I am indeed will get the real me from day one (faults and all) and I kind of hope to find a woman who is of the same mindset.

Good luck in your searches.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Since taking the leap of faith and moving back to CNY, I am enjoying life on Oneida Lake, the four seasons, family, time with my dog (my furrkid),, and would just like to find someone to share life with.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
