Who I am: work in the helping/healing profession; my health and body are important so visit the gym regularly (keep up that testosterone!) and get outdoors; my mind and spirit are important so I seek out movies, talks, music that move me; and friends and loved ones are important so I make sure to spend time with them. In an open relationship but that don't mean I'm a ho. It's about building authentic relationships and redefining what love can look like.

Building integrity and courage to be an active voice in the community. Pursuing that what-would-you-do-with-your-one-wild-and-precious-life and all that business.

Listening

Into an array of interests. Books: Beloved, The Color Purple, Cloud Atlas, Scott Spencer books. Music: I peruse the Seattle Public Library for new music I hear on KEXP, but I love my dance/pop music. Lately been bringing back out my Selena! Last few concerts: Madonna, Choir of Young Believers, Cass McCombs, Andrew Bird. Movies: can count on the Landmark Theatres for good flicks.
