Hi. Hmmm. Now I'm stuck. Well, I suppose I'm supposed to tell you all about me, sooo ....

I'm a relatively normal guy. I love to laugh, hopefully I'll meet someone who is funny and nice on here. I'd say I'm a decent enough bloke, I don't mess around and I treat people with respect. I don't suffer fools gladly, but I also have a soft side too.

I recently moved into a new job. I'm also keeping busy editing the programmes for my local football team, and being a dad keeps me busy too.

Making people laugh. And I'm also really good at pub quizzes. Which is just as well since I am the quizmaster at my local every week. And it's sooo nerve wracking too, but I cope thanks to beer. I'm sure there's other things too, but I can't think of them right now!

Now, how am I supposed to know that? I can't read minds. Hang on, I'll ring some friends ...

Ok, they say the first things they noticed about me include - my eyes, my tattoos, how different I seemed to everyone else in the room. I'm not sure that last one is a compliment.

Oh, too many to mention. I love Christopher Brookmyre's books, but I'll read anything really. I like to read a lot. I also enjoy history too.

I have an extensive collection of movies, favourites include The Departed, Goodfellas, Dark Knight, Life of Brian. Again I'll watch anything and don't like to be pigeon holed into any one genre.

I mostly listen to Metal and Punk music - Metallica, Rammstein, Slipknot, Dropkick Murphys, Gaslight Anthem. I'm also a Springsteen freak, and went to see him in June. I do listen to lots of other styles, from Bob Marley to Cara Dillon, and I really enjoy traditional Irish music.

I don't watch much tv, but my favourites are Dr Who, Question Time, Sopranos, The Wire, West Wing, Fringe and Only Fools and Horses.

Umm. Oxygen, water, food, sleep, clothes and shelter?

Oh, other than those essentials you mean? Err, well, my daughter is the most important part of my life. I can't imagine life without her.

I'm not a 'possessions' person but I do like my gadgets. I'd miss my blu-ray player cos then I wouldn't have anything to watch films on. My ipod is pretty essential to me. My car, because without it I wouldn't be able to see my little girl. Oh and laughter. It truly is the best medicine. And finally friends, without whom I'd be lost.

Anything I shouldn't be thinking about at that given time :)

Well, these days I'm usually knackered after a hard week at work. So I normally have a quiet night in with a beer and a film.

Hmmm. Well I'm INCREDIBLY ticklish.
