I am not sure how to, answer this question, and skipping it -for now.

My Self-Summary

First, don't let the long hair give you the wrong idea - I'm into some crazy music/movies, but I'm not a stereotypical heavy metal/horror kind of guy (i do love that stuff though). I'm very down-to-earth, open minded and even tempered. I'm a bit shy at first, but people always like me once I open up. I'm a really caring and smart guy, a killer guitarist, a solid writer (short stories, lyrics/poems) and I'm getting pretty good at sculpting too. I'm creative/artistic, but definitely not "artsy fartsy."

FYI: Intelligence is a major turn on, I can't stand ditzy girls.

The first things people usually notice about me

Probably my long hair (which I've been thinking about cutting)

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I like Stephen King and similar writers. Once in a while I'll read a biography or a "how to" book. I'm currently reading a book on screen writing and a book of short stories by Stephen King. I have a bad habit of getting half way through a book and abandoning it for a new one - oh well.

My favorite movie is probably the original "Alien" (1979). I also love the 1980's versions of The Fly and The Thing. Funny horror movies like Dead Alive, Re-Animator and Evil Dead are really entertaining too.

I like ALL KINDS of movies, not just horror. Horror and science fiction films are a lot of fun, but I can definitely get into a good drama, comedy, documentary or anything else. For example, "American History X" is one of my favorites.

I can appreciate pretty much any style of music, but I tend to gravitate toward technically skilled metal bands.
I also love Danny Elfman's film scores.
I enjoy some classical music, but I don't listen to it very often.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

My future, the future of the world, plots for short stories and screen plays, music, surviving in a world overrun by zombies. You know, the usual... :)

Oh, and dogs.

On a typical Friday night I am

Out with friends or at home playing guitar/reading/watching a movie.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I have a terrible singing voice.

I'm short, 5" 5'. If that is seriously an issue for you, then you're probably an A-hole anyway.
