My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm one of the rare unicorns that grew up in Atlanta and I've come to know a lot of people in this city, found great bars, restaurants, random places to people watch, and hidden gems.

I have a strange sense of humor so its really hard to offend me.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
If I could describe my life in three words they would be "work in progress".
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Trivia. I play about three nights a week so I can rack up free food and drink.
Making my ETA on Waze get later as I drive.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My most distinctive traits are that I'm left handed and red headed.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I tend to read a lot of science fiction, sprinkled with obscure and entertaining non-fiction books. Think Mary Roach and Chuck Klosterman.

As far as TV goes I cut the cord a few years ago but that doesn't stop me from keeping up with the few shows I do watch. Netflix has been a great resource. Louie, Sherlock, Game of Thrones, Black Books, and Spaced are a few of the many shows I watch. Falling asleep to How Its Made is a hobby of mine.

I used to work at an art house theater as a projectionist so I've seen a wide range of movies and mostly like all genres. For a while I was watching movies based on composer. Did you know that the person who scored the soundtrack for Apollo 13, James Horner, also did the soundtrack for Krull and Braveheart? I didn't know either until a few months ago.

Music is a tricky subject. I worked in radio for six years and have been exposed to a ton of different music so I'm going to go ahead and give the generic "I like it all" because its true.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
-My cats.
-Thomas J. Glover's Pocket Ref. (Seriously, everyone should own this)
-Beer. I need one on most weekdays, more than one on most weekends.
-The internet. It was made for cat pictures and videos.
-My trusty leatherman. Some day I'll have to pull a MacGyver.
-At least 10 minutes of silence a day. I just need time to reboot and take everything in.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What web sites my cats go to when I am not around.
T-glottalization.
The solutions to the puzzles on the bottom of Lone Star Beer caps.
Hot dogs.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Out at some dive people watching and getting my drink on while hopefully playing Uno with friends.
Maybe the occasional show that will leave my ears ringing until Monday.
There are those few nights when I stay in and just play on the computer, read books, or just watch netflix until my eyes dry out and I go to sleep.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
When I was a kid I was deathly afraid of camping. Why? I was terrified of getting abducted by UFOs. I know, I know. I read a lot of Whitley Streiber when I was in middle school. Mix that with an overactive imagination and you've got trouble.
I own a left shark shirt.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You'd like to have a fun, intelligent conversation.
You want to fire walk with me.
You need another person for board game night.
I recently purchased a bicycle as part of the "oh god I don't want diabetes" phase in my life so if you want to go for a ride and with me and laugh at how awesomely out of shape I am.
