My all time favorite author is Harlan Ellison. I fell in love with
his stories as a kid along with Ray Bradbury. I blame my father for
giving The Illustrated Man to me as a present for my 10 th
birthday. It’s hard to say what my favorite book is since I’ve read
a lot of good one so I’ll just list some of my favorite authors
(Ellison included): Douglas Adams, Spider Robinson, Larry Niven,
and Isaac Asimov.
As for movies, well, my favorite genre is again, science fiction.
However, if you were to ask me what my favorite movie of all time
is I would honestly have to answer Easy Rider. I saw it at a young
age and it kind of changed my outlook on life. It was also the
catalyst for me learning how to ride a motorcycle. I also love the
hell out of horror and gore flicks but will never force anyone to
watch them if that’s not their cup of tea. Also, please message me
and tell me what you think about Gattaca. There is no wrong
I’ve been keeping up with Dr. Who and Breaking Bad, sprinkled with
a little bit of How Its Made. How Its Made is the second best show
to fall asleep to. The first is, of course, The Joy of
Music is a tricky subject. I worked in college radio for six years
and have been exposed to a ton of different musical styles. Of
course, I can't live without my classic metal. I'm a huge fan of
Maiden, Kiss, AC/DC, Sabbath (Dio and Ozzy), Judas Pries, and a lot
of other bands from that era. The only music I really can't stand
is contemporary country.
