My self-summary
If you have a good soul, big heart and a bit of wit, feel free to say hi!

Moved to Bay Area last summer via NYC, Geneva and Miami. Been visiting friends/family for years and finally decided I needed to live in this amazing place. I'm excited about creating a new life here more aligned with my soul, beliefs and interests. Feel grounded and whole when immersed in the natural world. I am an avid scuba-diver, alpine skier, half marathoner/triathlete. Made in the holy land by parents from the land of tango, asado and alfajores, molded and developed in JFK's hometown...

Spent 5 of my adult years studying/living/working abroad immersed in foreign cultures and tongues. These experiences have shaped the person I am today. Thrive in new environments. Described as a polyglot. Que te puedo decir, languages open doors to passageways of expression and precious life experiences.
What I’m doing with my life
I gravitate to where the magic happens. That sweet spot outside the comfort zone where you're pushing yourself in new ways and developing as a person. I love community, connection and being around people who know how to be truly present and don't take life for granted.

In my previous life, I worked as an int'l private banker in NYC, Geneva, Miami working with clients in Israel, Argentina, and Mexico.

I'm now exploring various opportunities in the SRI/Impact investing and entrepreneurship space.
I’m really good at
Foreign languages, finding great adventures, making people laugh, listening and making people feel comfortable, animated story telling, daydreaming while strolling through Farmer's Markets. Also regarded as a connector of sorts. Enjoy bringing people together.
The first things people usually notice about me
Engaging, deep sense of curiosity, sense of humor, smile
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Recent Books: Mission In A Bottle, Raising The Bar, Born To Run, Buddha, Clean, The Road, Let My People Go Surfing, The Art of Racing in the Rain, Alive, Flow by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi is amazing! Steinbeck, Hemingway, Hermann Hess, Leon Uris still love. You can usually find 5-10 books by my bedside.

Music: Love music! Since arriving to SF, saw SF Symphony in Dolores Park, Farke Toure, Fela Kuti, Jimmy Cliff, Mother Hips, Rebirth, Warren Haynes w/SF Symphony, Phish, Further, Dark Star Orchestra, Idan Raichel Project, Josh Ritter, Pato Banton, Jackie Green, Sean Hayes (to name a few). Also enjoyed a few afternoon/evenings at Terrapin Crossroads. I also pretty regularly attend The Moth StorySlam's in the city.

Shows: Curb, Seinfeld, Daily Show, TED Talks, NPR, Discovery Channel -- oh and although I'm super late to the party, Breaking Bad!
Movies: Documentaries, smart/fun movies across the spectrum. You could also just put me in front of The Living Earth series in HD and I just drool at the beauty of our amazing planet.

Food: EVERYTHING local and organic. Feel happy and excited at farmer's markets. That being said, I have no allergies, dietary constraints and love all kinds of food.
The six things I could never do without
Family - very close, parents still happily married

Music - is my oxygen. Feeds my soul...
Travel - I'm an adventure junkie. Need it to live...
Laughter - :-)
Sun - although I can appreciate rainy days, sunny days make everything better
Nature/Wilderness/Mountains/Ocean - my sanctuary
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How to be a part of making the world a better place, what legacy do I want to leave, being a good friend, my next adventure, how things work and why
On a typical Friday night I am
I don't have a Friday night formula but it often involves some of the staples such as food, drink, fun, music, relaxation.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I get a bizarre craving for Swedish Fish before boarding flights...
