As of November 21st, 2010 I am going to try to overhaul my entire profile, so the continuity of my profile will probably break down as I change it.

Life is a series of moments so let me share some of my favorite moments with you. :)

Recently I received a letter from the Bank. I have never received a letter from the Bank before. The letter was handwritten it spoke about how wonderful it was to meet me and it spoke of how exciting my future path would be. Let me back up a moment the reason I had gone to the bank was that the previous week I had received an email from a friend (not a really good friend but a friend all the same). The email read I have recently lost my job and I need to borrow some money so I can make my rent for this month. That's what had brought me to the bank that Monday morning. The person who had written the letter to me was the same person who told me how to transfer money directly from my account to his. Additionally I helped him find a job by searching Craigslist for something that would take his weaknesses and turn them into strengths and I am pleased to say he got the job. :)

When I was an undergraduate I was president of a combat engineering robot club. One day I met a blind woman at my university who was a computer engineering major and her seeing eye dog. I told her about my club and she asked if she could join and I said to her she would be able to provide us with perspectives that we would never otherwise have. I would meet her at the train stop before meetings to help her find the room we were in which was always in a different place. One day during one of our elections she was voted into office as a new officer of our club. Then I got the letter from the university that said she had to be removed from office and that I had to remove her immediately. I never removed her from her rightful place as an officer of our club and I only received one more warning after that I would be removed as president of the club if I did not remove from her position.

Warning, my profile is quite long so get a bowl of popcorn, or your favorite snack food and sit down in your nice comfy chair for an interesting read about an interesting person... .

When I think of myself I usually think: engaging mind, playful, friendly, nice guy, eccentric, polymath, nerd, and extremely curious.

This is a short list of some of the things I like to do in my spare time: ping-pong, billards, dancing, watching scifi on tv, puzzles, meditation, hypnosis, writing, reading, lucid dreaming, music (listening and playing), hiking, canoeing, biking, exploring, and visiting interesting places.

Graduate student and doing research during the day. At night fixing the problems of the world one step at a time... .

Just finished my last major in Physics (my other concentrations were Biology, Mathematics and a minor in Chemistry) while being president of my combat robot club (being sole president for many years ... Russian Democracies Rule !!! ), doing research in Protein Interaction Networks, in the fall of '07 I will become a graduate student.

Trying to figure out the pattern in this sequence: AR PR __ __ UL UG EP __ __ __ AN EB and why. I've now figured out the pattern, but can you figure it out (I'm leaving it up for your entertainment)?

Billions of people: that is who I intend to help. I intend to help them through the miracles of modern biological science. Until I get to that goal I will attempt to help as many people as possible.

April 7th, 2008 I decided to start writing a self help book, and I decided to write a website to go along with it in two languages I do not know (mysql (well this is a database actually), and perl).

April 2007 I had spring break, so I visited my sister and her husband in Manhattan. My exciting adventures included a trip to the Brooklyn aquarium, a trip to Coney Island (guess where the aquarium is located ;) ), and a trip to the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. In addition I found time to see two of my long time friends, read Jodi Picoult's book Change of Heart, I saw Strand a bookstore that purportedly has 18 miles worth of used and new books (of course I got some books whilst I was in there). I got to see part of NYU. I also went to an autoshow in NYC with my sister's husband got into a a gameshow in it and won a prize (which I found particularly surprising since I know next to nothing about cars!) :).

Spent summer of 2008 experimenting on bacteria in a military lab :) , for a research project. I worked on a superorganism in the lab :) . August 8th I discovered something, and I'm sure this discovery will pave the way to helping people in the future!

Future Goals: Get a graduate degree, and start my own scientific research company.

I've been told "Gee' you're tall" (this was said by my four year old cousin), and "you have sexy eyes" (one of my exes said this one)! I'm usually told I'm the most interesting person they have ever met (my peers usually at first meetings by the end of several hours tell me this... ).

Recently I was told I was laid back, and very energetic.

The future. Additionally Black Holes, and how to fix Global Warming from the science perspective. I am considering getting a cat, but not just any cat but a smart cat. The smartest cat I can think of is an Egyptian Mauraj... . Bikes, I appear to spend way too much time thinking about bikes, and where I will bike next... .

Walk with me for a moment, take a moment to step into my shoes, and hear my thoughts. What do we see? What are we thinking? Who am I? Now listen as I talk to you: when I think something everything I've ever learned, heard, remembered presents itself in less time than it takes you to blink. Now focus with me as I do like a laser moving over the zeros and ones on a DVD in a DVD reader. Let's stop to smell the roses, isn't it cool? Those cherry red blossoms with such detailed fine structure. A cute honeybee floats into sight. What is sight exactly? Is it neurotransmitters of mostly zinc floating through our brain? Is it photons of light reflecting off those delicate wings in the sunlight? What exactly happens as light refracts through those beautiful wings composed of structual proteins. That wispy way in which the bee flies; what governs that? Chaos theory, or is it something else? Welcome to my world, isn't it beautiful, see what I see. My thoughts to your thoughts, my mind to your mind: meditation, hypnosis, astral projection, dream control, ... where will it lead us? Well perhaps it will allow us to make that one simple connection the only connection that matters.

Sleeping, it's the truth! Usually I'm exhausted by the long week, but by Saturday night when I'm all rested up you might find me in a nightclub (hasn't happenned in a while actually, but I remain hopeful), movie theater, coffee shop, bookstore, ice cream shop, taking an evening walk, stargazing, writing my book, writing code for my website, watching tv, or sitting on a couch with a beautiful Leonberger (http://www.leonbergerclubofamerica.com/) sitting in my lap.

Today, March 20th, 2007 I stuck a lit candle in the microwave and turned the microwave on in an attempt to see Plasma (it didn't work, but the candle melted).

August 3rd, 2008 I was talking with one of my roomates about how if you put a lightbulb in a microwave and turn the microwave on the lightbulb will turn on. My roomate (Ronald) didn't believe me, so I popped in a 60 watt bulb and turned on the microwave and sure enough the lightbulb turned on!

Coming face to face with myself and knowing there is a possibility that the Universe may end.

I have been in the Newspaper more than once, and I have been in at least one commerical.

I am actually quite awful at remembering names.

When the Winter Dawn Blows

Morning: the sweetest winter snow like

angels on my face. Ah the vivid display of

fireworks above my head. Our god in his holy

smell of Ecstasy on my lips elevates me to
