Hello Everybody!

This is my second attempt at adding information to my profile - the first time didn't go through because of technical difficulties. I hope I have better luck this time around. First off, I chose the three adjectives above based on something a friend of mine said. He said, "hell, you let me speak my mind without judging me, you tell it like it is, and you're always there for your friends." (Actually my original three adjectives were loyal, open-minded and honest but for some reason okcupid didn't want me to use loyal and honest - they found it unoriginal *ouch*).

That said, I'm not really here to hook up with anyone and get into any type of serious relationship. I just thought this might be a good way to meet people that might have similar interests and would like to be friends and wouldn't mind hanging out sometimes.

I guess I could still give you a little background on me. I was born in Mexico but raised in California. I'm the youngest of four and the only girl. Growing up with three older brothers may be the reason why I was a bit of a tomboy as a kid. I enjoy playing and watching a variety of sports but my favorites are soccer & hockey. I'm a proud season ticket holder for the San Jose Earthquakes and an Arsenal fan. I'm pretty open to people asking me questions and I don't get offended easily so feel free to send me an email and ask me questions.

Just got back from my trip to Europe. Had a great time and met a bunch of cool new people that I hope to stay in contact with. I didn't visit too many places. Was mostly in Paris the majority of my time but did take time to travel to Toulouse, France and Oggersheim (hope I got the spelling right), Germany on the weekends. Can't wait to plan my next trip!

-Remembering faces but not names but I'm working on getting better at the name thing.
-Deciphering hard to read handwriting.

I don't know. I've never asked them. I guess if I wear my hair down it would be the length of my hair (it falls way below my butt). It may be my smile. I have been told I smile a lot.

Doh! I cut my hair while in Europe so I should probably change this..lol. I really don't know what people first notice about me.

Books: Sadly I haven't been reading much these days. I should start picking up some books again. I can't even remember the last one I read..hmm. I think it was "Love in the Time of Cholera" (the spanish version).

With both Movies and Music I tend to like a wide range of things. I will make sure to list some examples later on.

Food: Thai, Indian, Vietnamese, Chinese, and Mexican. (I actually enjoy a variety as well but there's one thing I'm not big on and that's seafood but I am open to try anything at least once.)

I actually thought of a lot of different ways I could have answered this but I think I'll just go with this one for now....

Hmm, I don't lead an exciting life these days. I'm usually at home watching movies. On the rare occasion that I do go out with friends I'm either going to a movie, to a concert, playing poker, or having dinner.

This may not be the most private thing but it is something that I'm willing to admit here.

-I have actually called people on the phone in my sleep and I feel the need to apologize to those people again.
