My self-summary
Ah, I knew you would come, welcome! Let me tell you a little bit
about myself: I am presently living in San Francisco, though I was
born and raised in Chicago. I'm enough of a relativist to realize
that there might be such a thing as absolutes, I just haven't found
one yet. I thrive on nuance and grey areas. I don't generally get
into "conventional" passions but I am often left speechless by
simple things: squirrels, snow, my breath, your breath, that we are
alive, et cetera. If you want to know more, just ask me.
What I'm doing with my life
Questioning. Deeply yearning for the acceptance that there is no
answer.
I'm really good at
Being boring and childish. Watching squirrels for hours on end.
Writing music that is unlikely to ever be heard again Fitting in
with many different types of people. Sophistry. Constructing
pleonastic sentences that are absolute bullshit so that I sound
smarter than I actually am. Being calm when surrounded by chaos.
The first thing(s) people usually notice about me
Most likely whatever puerile little thing I am presently doing to
draw attention to myself. People who are moderately intelligent
usually make the mistake of thinking that I am articulate.

Everybody always says "too many to list," and I have the same
inclination. But.... that seems like a huge cop-out so I'll list a
select few.

Music: Tool, Aphex Twin, Sigur Ros, Rainer Maria, Gravenhurst, Squarepusher.

Change, contact, conversation, corruption, compassion, countless

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Things of little significance (which is everything). That being
said, almost everything is fun to think about. I ponder whether
there is such a thing as causation: I admit that correlation can
approach 1 to 1, but i doubt that anything beyond that can be
proven. I think about people (we're such beautiful, fucked-up
organisms), why we do what we do, etc. Lately I have also been
wondering what the hell happened to the other two guys that used to
be on the Cinnamon Toast Crunch box.
On a typical Friday night I am
Out somewhere, surrounded by people; alone. Or otherwise engulfed
in solipsism.
The most private thing I'm willing to admit here
I have been arrested before. Also, I used to be a BIG fan of
"Degrassi: The Next Generation."
