My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a very traditional, conservative Christian Man - most of the time. I'm terminally left handed. I'm a complete gearhead; love cars to a fault, especially Cadillacs. I've had to overcome a few tall hurdles in the past few years - happy that's behind me. I love to learn and discover new things and people.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Fixing things - especially cars and equipment. I have a knack for HVAC, electrical, plumbing. I'm extremely good at fixing things that aren't broke until i mess with them.
I am a good diagnostician and problem solver.
I help people any way I can. I can always elicit a smile or a chuckle.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I've been called a "wordsmith", I'm articulate and have a dry sense of humor.
Sometimes I tend to monopolize a converstaion - For goodness sake - stop me!
Disproportionately musclular legs.
My hazel eyes seem to get people's attention
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

My preference is non-fiction in most cases. Jane Eyre, Ethan Frome, Of Mice and Men are some exceptions. I also still hold dear many children’s novels: My side of the mountain, The Indian in the Cupboard, Walk Two Moons, Huckleberry Finn to name a few.
Lost Moon/Apollo 13 As a pair would probably be my favorite non-fiction books. Technical manuals creep in.

As For movies - the Back to the Future trilogy is one of my favorites. October Sky is awesome. M*A*S*H, Apollo 13, even The Cider House Rules (though I oppose abortion). There is still room for Harry Potter, and many Comedies.... I love to laugh.
Musicals fit in there somewhere. Rent, Evita, Phantom of the Opera

I love British Comedies, Sitcoms from the '80s-'90s are cool - Perfect Strangers is probably my favorite. I still watch M*A*S*H and Star Trek. I spend most of my time on Discovery (Mythbusters!) and History. An auto race here and there is the extent of my typical "sports" entertainment.

My taste in music is complex - Classic Rock is a mainstay, and stuff by Singer-Songwriters. I have taken a peculiar interest in Rock-Opera AYREON - check it out! I like older country like Alabama, a little modern pop-ish stuff, Lots of 80s/90s pop. Throw in Queen and Sweet for fun.

I am into comfort foods and American dishes - good home cookin'. I love Italian.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ
Loved ones - Family and Friends
Sustenance
Shelter
Humor (keeps me sane)
A Challenge to keep me busy
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I get off on the sound of a big american V8 engine.
