I am honest, easy-going, and witty.

My Self-Summary

I'm Ryan. There. You got my name right off the bat. I'm movedr up to Milwaukee recently to work for a non-profit that helps kids get into college. I guess I'll explain it in more depth in the "what i'm doing with my life" section. I guess I'm on here to meet someone who can show me around, and now that I have a "real job" i figure it's time to find a "real relationship." I'm fairly easy-going and open minded, and i hope you are too.

I like sports, but I'm terrible at playing them. I'm a non-apologetic Bears fan, but I won't rip on the Pack (too much). I like all sorts of food and all sorts of music.

What I’m doing with my life

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison back in December 2008 with a degree in Journalism. Then I moved back home. I recently accepted an Americorps position in Milwaukee helping teens from low-income households find scholarships and apply for college. It's a pretty sweet/rewarding gig.

I’m really good at

Writing. Listening. Helping people. Thinking on my feet. Comparing music to other music.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Book - I tend to dabble in the "creative non-fiction" and "creative fiction" realms, but I've read quite a bit since graduating last December. Best read of the past month: "The Blind Side" by Michael Lewis. The movie looks pretty crappy though.

Movies - Annie Hall.... I like watching movies but I don't grow all that attached to them.

TV Shows - Wire, Arrested Development, Dexter, Man v Food, No Reservations, LOST, 30 Rock, Mad Men

Music - Just take a look at my last.fm - http://www.last.fm/user/rceisner

Food - Does beer count as a food? If not, then Pizza

The six things I could never do without

Food (not to be a smartass or anything, but I can't function on an empty stomach)

Cold weather

Something to laugh about

A moment of silence every once in a while

Family/Friends

A beat

On a typical Friday night I am

Doing something more fun than what I did on Monday night

You want.
