My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
After living in attending school and living in DC and then Baltimore for quite some time, I decided to move back to the city of my birth.
I wanted to be a lawyer, somehow fell into IT (with a Political Science degree, mind you), which led to software project management. Definitely looking for someone who can show me some of Philadelphia I've never seen, as well as allow me to show them some of the city they've never seen. Speaking sarcasm is a must, as is the ability to take a joke, and see the brighter side of things
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a project manager/software analyst for a small software firm on the Main Line. It has made me into a bit of a road warrior; my typical commute sees me flying out at the beginning of the week, and coming home for the weekend. I find it suits me just fine, and the work is quite challenging.
Other than that I enjoy spending time in Fairmount or elsewhere in the city with what little time I have. I also use my knowledge putting together my blog that includes restaurant recommendations, travel tips, and reviews for fellow travelers. It's a fun side project that I enjoy.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Cooking (I'm a trained chef), arguing about meaningless things, writing restaurant reviews, SQL, pointing out somewhat strange things in popular books and movies (anybody else notice they don't teach math to kids in Harry Potter?), picking out restaurants, and Yelping
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
That I'm really "Well-Spoken", whatever that means

Books: Confederacy of Dunces, anything by Bret Easton Ellis or Ian Fleming, Game of Thrones Series has taken most of my time recently
Shows: Shameless, Archer, Top Gear, Daily Show, GOT, Parks and Recreation, South Park, Boardwalk Empire
Movies: James Bond movies, anything by Scorcese, and almost any Adam Sandler movie from the 90s-early 2000s
Music: Bowie, Velvet Underground, Queens of the Stone Age, Sex Pistols, The Clash, Rush, Talking Heads
Food: Anything, though lately I've been fascinated with Indian and Vietnamese (If you know good places of either genre, tell me!)
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
