My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a 22 year old christian need in Minneapolis who is looking to get a "real" adult job and get my life started. I love reading; superheros, sci-fi, fantasy, history. I'll read most anything. I also love watching movies, cosplaying, falling in love with fictional characters, role playing, riding my bike, going on adventures, playing video games, playing ukulele, singing and seeing live theater. I currently work as a barista at a local coffee shop and at the Guthrie Theater as an Usher and most of the time can be found hanging around the south Minneapolis area where I live.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working to earn those sweet dollar bills, trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up, having fun whenever possible and just taking one day at a time.

Also attempting not to get too obsessed with the many nerdy things I like.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Singing, I'm more classically trained but I'm up for anything. I am part of a local a capella group and also like to learn new songs on my ukulele. I try to write some songs but I'm actually terrible at it.
The first things people usually notice about me

So many books! But some of my favorites are; The Hobbit, LOTR, Harry Potter, I am the Messenger, Unwind, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, and anything by Neil Gaiman. Terry Pratchett, C.S Lewis and Douglas Adams are big ones too. I love the classics (Dickens, Shakespeare, Austen) but new books are always surprising me and are just as entertaining.

Movies are anything from 500 Days of Summer to Shaun of the Dead. I just don't like Horror that much. Some of my favorites are; The Cornetto Trilogy: Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, The World's End, Road to El Dorado, Princess Bride, Harry Potter series, Definitely Maybe, any disney or pixar, A Knight's Tale, Miyazaki movies, Avengers (and their tie in movies), Spiderman, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Star Wars, Phantom of the Opera, old timey black and white, and most musicals.

Tv Shows: Community is a big one, along with New Girl, 30 Rock, Modern Family, Castle, Firefly, Buffy, Dollhouse, Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes, My Little Pony, Arrested Development, Spaced, The IT Crowd, Doctor Who, Sherlock, NCIS, How I Met Your Mother, Parks and Rec, Monty Python, Adventure Time, Supernatural, Gravity Falls, Flapjack, Pushing Daisies, Agents of Shield, Bob's Burgers. I could go on, ask me about them. :)

Music, most anything except country and some rap. I really love movie soundtracks and musicals. Some favorites of the top of my head; Daftpunk, Queen, Cake, DC Talk, Muse, AbneyPark, Flogging Molly, She and Him, Adele, The Ink Spots, Ben Folds, Billy Joel, Queen, Dr Horrible, Bing Crosby, Norah Jones, KT Tunstall, and Flight of the Conchords, Walk the Moon, Maroon 5, Mary Lambert, Weird Al, Mumford and Sons,

Games: I have been getting more into gaming in recent years. Right now I am playing the Assassin's Creed franchise. I enjoy old school games like Zelda and Mario but I also like more recent games: Assassin's Creed, Dragon Age, Arkham Asylum/Arkham City, Uncharted 1-3, Journey, Split Second, Bioshock, etc. I just recently bought a PS3 so if you have suggestions of what games to play tell me!

I also really enjoy board games like Settlers of Catan, Classics (Monopoly, Life, Battleship) and Pandemic

What the people I see walking by's story is

How much things will have changed when I am so much older
and what I will tell my grandkids when they ask about my life.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Watching a movie or hanging out with friends, or sitting on the internet nerdgasming over the many fandoms I belong to. And looking at cat pictures.

Or working, Fridays are big nights at the theater

Sometimes I sing on the street, while waiting for the bus or walking just so somebody can hear my voice
