I am flummoxed, befuddled, and bemused.

My Self-Summary

Hi, I've done many-many things as I've blundered my way across this mortal coil. Currently I'm a licensed massage therapist and an Emergency Room Nurse. Friends think that I'm creative, caring, and funny. I love to travel and do so whenever the opportunity presents itself. I Enjoy museums, galleries, live theater, movies, and outdoorsy stuff. I'm a good cook and I know how to clean up after myself! I'm forty-one years old, single, have no kids, and own my home.

I'm an extravagantly mustachioed, left-leaning, civil rights loving, deep discussion digging, folk song singing, life savoring, peace lovin', dark sense of humor having, old time hippie ideal adopting, wandering, story telling, citizen of the earth.

What I’m doing with my life

Some thoughts of what I'd like to do with a new friend: How about we learn to kayak together, or take a pottery class. Maybe we'll hop on a plane for a weekend trip to Boston (for some chowdah!) or NYC just 'cause there's a great show at the Guggenheim or an interesting retrospective at The Whitney. Or perhaps we just feel like curling up and watching a good DVD. Taking a good book to lounge by the pool is not a bad idea either!

Let's just start with "hi" and see where it goes from there.

I’m really good at

Laughing, traveling, playing, thinking up fun stuff to do.

The first things people usually notice about me

You tell me.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I'm constantly reading, usually NYT best seller fiction.

The six things I could never do without

Really, I can pretty much do without anything other than the basic necessities. In my line of work, during any given shift, I am a participant in the worst day in the life of at least one or two peeps. I get a deep satisfaction from helping, caring for, and caring about my patients. There are no "things" in my life that I cannot do without...and happily! (But I do enjoy have some nice "things" now and again, HA!)

OK, maybe one thing.....maybe. I'd be really pissed if you tried to take my passport away!

You should message me if

The mood strikes you.
