I've always been a little on the fringe. I'm painfully sarcastic,
but never with any ill intent. Honesty and communication are some
of the most important things in the world to me. Family, too. Not
the ugliest guy, not the prettiest. Crazy hair, and a bit of a
crazy mind.
I'm a vegetarian for the past 5.5 years. Its my thing, I don't
expect people to join in just to please me. I play video games.
Probably more than I should. But, they amuse me and keep me in
touch with my buddies.
I've done some fun things with my life so far, and often enough it
seems like random chance that I've had the opportunity. I'm not
always sure where life's headed, so I try not to worry about it so
much. Stress is something that I don't bother with, and you'll find
me laughing rather than fretting over most things.

My self-summary
What I'm doing with my life
Honestly? I'm not always sure. I graduated college, have been
working since in a completely different field, and I'm looking at
moving into a completely different job, too. Too many interesting
things out there.
I'm really good at
Understanding people. I like talking and listening to everything a
person has to say, and more importantly, what they don't actually
say.
The first thing(s) people usually notice about me
The hair, I guess? Probably the fact that I'm not particularly easy
to get along with until you know me second. That has some
interesting implications.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I don't read as much as I probably should. Poe makes me happy.
Raymond Feist didn't right anything I didn't like. Kurt Vonnegut is
amazing.
My favorite movies are things like The Fifth Element, Waterworld, the Lord of the Rings trilogy, and the Bourne trilogy. I also love The Notebook. Basically, if its good, I'll enjoy it.
Music is the same way. From Glen Miller to Daft Punk, Bach to Jonathon Coulton. If its good, I listen to it.
Food is good. I don't eat meat, so that's out. Onions, garlic, mushrooms, and pickles are some of my favorite things in the world. If you made that an ice cream flavor, I would have to try it even knowing it was going to be disgusting.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Everything. I daydream about how to build a perfect self-sustaining
city. I think about what the best way to re-build the energy
infrastructure is. I ponder questions about why there are 13 steps
in the flight I just went down instead of 12 or 14.
The most private thing I'm willing to admit here
My mother died when I was 15. I wouldn't be who I am today if she
hadn't. If this is for better or for worse is still a debate in my
head. And yes, I still cry about it once a while.
