My self-summary
I am probably a bit too laid back for my own good most of the time.....But it does hide a firey centre. I really want one of those profiles where people actually have a list of things they like. But I like too many things. And I'm not going to have a four thousand word profile, as you will probably just look at the pictures and the details bit.

But I guess I have to say something. I like nights in as much as nights out, I like a night at the opera or the theatre as much as a week in a tent at a metal festival. I've normally got my head in a good book, although it seems to go in phases, right now i seem to be more in the mood for creating than absorbing information. I don't own a TV, but I do watch game of thrones. :)

I like interesting things and interesting people. I guess I'm a little more on the alternative side, I'm giving this site a go because there are people out there who might be just right, who I would never meet otherwise, and to be honest I am a bit picky and I don't live in a huge town.

Um, and kissing. I really like kissing.
What I’m doing with my life
Getting slowly better at guitar, drums, keyboards and singing. Learning, laughing whenever possible, crying whenever necessary.

Some chilled out stuff from a fledgling band I'm working on.

I’m really good at
All sorts of things.
The first things people usually notice about me
People seem to think I have a nice voice and nice arms. But really, it could be anything..........I don't know what people think! Only what they tell me. The two might not be related.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I am slowly filling this bit in, have patience.....

Currently watching the Amazon version of "The Man In The High Castle" ~ I was sceptical, but it's pretty fucking good!

I used to be a chef, in another life, so I do appreciate good food.....

My favourite book, is "The Book Of The New Sun" by Gene Wolfe. I read a lot of old sci fi books, the ones with the amazing paintings for the covers? Asimov, Phillip K dick, Thomas M Disch, Kurt vonnegut, Olaf stapledon, Hg wells etc.......

Music list is too long, you'd better ask me. :) Although it would be fair to say, I don't like pointless dance music, but I do have a soft spot for a bit of guitar driven things, metal, 90's grunge, especially really complex and bonkers prog metal.

But anything from Folk, Jazz, Blues, Opera, Classical, Death metal gets me going, as long as it's good, and mainly played by people, using instruments......

I am in a theatre group too, which is a lot of fun.......most of the time......
The six things I could never do without
Music, Information, Tea , Art, Science and Sex.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Almost everything, and things that I shouldn't. The world from a certain viewpoint is pretty depressing. From another viewpoint it is the most amazing thing we know about in the entire universe so far......The massive paradox does bother me a lot. Humany woomany stuff.
On a typical Friday night I am
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I have a foot long scar running up my front, from a childhood snorkelling accident......
I look a lot better in three dimensions than two.
I was once ranked number one in Europe at internet 8 ball pool.
You should message me if
You like long haired men, who have a few active cells kicking around up there.
