I work out regularly cross fit and lift weights and follow a decent diet of tuna mainly .Still like to have fun and find things to entertain my self regularly i live in downtown wichita so theres lots to do and old town is a 5 min walk from home.

Currently I'm just trying to find out who I really am spend my free time working out or reading.I have really gotten into being healthy droped alot of weight and packed on some muscles.
