I am a passionate, goal oriented and independent mother of two! While I tend to be independent, I truly appreciate sharing all that life has to offer - that which is good and that which is hard, with a partner. I am a strong believer in family, friends, Gods love and mercy for each of us, and tend to love doing that which challenges me to be more - push the envelope! I find intelligent conversations to be stimulating, and a good debate is food for thought! I have a bit of a competitive streak in me which has served me well - pushes me to be all that I can be! (Lol - sounds like the army commercial!) I tend to be an optimistic person with a "sunny" personality who finds the humor in life! And just so that there isn't any confusion, I am not married! (A friend brought this to my attention in reference to the rings that I had on in one of my pics. I just have a weakness for jewelry! Lol...)

I respect the man who takes care of himself and that which belongs to him, loves God and that is important to him, values family, is financially responsible, goal oriented and can carry an intelligent conversation! These qualities will attract my attention.

Working and raising children, and finding out what I am capable of doing!

Making a house a home! I love creating an atmosphere that is a "refuge" to come home to! I enjoy cooking and decorating. I also am an excellent nurse and am finding that I can be good at sales! That last one surprises me - didn't know I had it in me! :)

My hands - tend to like them and/or my nails... ?go figure... My eyes and my infectious smile!

Haven't read many books for fun lately - mostly work related manuels - enough to put down a couple trees! (Although I DO enjoy reading.) Have enjoyed Tim LaHayes series "Left Behind" and enjoy cookbooks for the entertainment value.

I enjoy going to the movies and some movies at home but am not a big TV watcher. Tend to find there is so much to keep one busy that TV is not a big priority for me.

As far as favorite music goes, I tend to have a wide variety of likes and few dislikes - depending upon what suites the mood: Enya, Norah Jones, Natalie Cole, Oldies such as Patsy Cline, Louis Armstrong and Donna Fargo, classic rock, jazz and contemporary christian music. My neice has recently begun performing opera and I have to admit that there is beauty in that! Don't like metal or rap, and I am not much of a country music girl!

I love camping - you know the kind that involves private bathrooms with indoor plumbing, air conditioning or heat as needed, no spiders or sand/dirt... to get tracked into your bed, and a shelter that a bear can not break into! Oh - and my favorite campsite is called "The Hilton"! Lol...

I have various other favorites in no particular order: satin jammies, manicures and pedicures, coffee with flavored creamer, a clean house, slow passionate kisses, rainy days snuggled up with that someone special, christmas time with its music/decorations and fun, falls' crisp air and colors, excelling at what I endeavor to do, a childs laugh, porch swings, holding hands, being spoiled by and spoiling that special someone...

If you are a responsible person that takes care of yourself and that which belongs to you, if you believe in God and it is important to you, and if you looking for a LTR that starts with friendship... oh and maybe handle the problem solving with spiders and overflowing toilets - that would certainly be a plus! :)
