So here's the deal. I like a woman that one might call zaftig, and age appropriate, I'm 51. Like to go to local things like the free Friday Night concerts in Bicentennial Park. Is not afraid to hit up the thrift store on a Saturday afternoon just to see what might strike a fancy. Enjoys the challenges of creating meals from a CSA bag.

I don't drink, don't mind if you do so long as it is not to excess.

I'm single, kinda set in my ways yet open to allowing the right person into my life.

I'm not looking to be anyone's sugar daddy, I expect that you can stand on your own two feet like I can, but am looking to meet someone in order share life's pleasures.

If a dictionary is required to read my ramblings, you are not the woman for me.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Life tossed a curve ball, almost hit me and took me out. This made me re-access the direction I was headed, even consult a map. While a year ago I'd have guffawed and chortled at attending a yoga class, now I look forward to the most relaxing 1.5 hrs a week I've ever experienced.

9/24/14 - Something out there sent another message putting me in the zipper club. Yeah, that shook things up real fine...and I've changed a hell of a lot.

Trying these days to spend a lot more time away from the keyboard. Even shut off the iPhone now and again too.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
...Cooking. Love to cook for others, it makes me very happy to see them happy from a meal I've created, but I don't take the compliments very well. makes me blush. Just smile and make happy noises please if you enjoy the meal.

...Attention to detail. One of the things people hire me for is website testing. I check every every corner, click every link, read every word. This attention to exploring all areas carries over to other area of my life as as well...
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My presence...I'm not exactly the most svelte guy in the room usually.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I've been avoiding TV as of late and going more for the Netflix and Amazon prime stuff. I want to try and ween myself off the expensive cable bill.

My reading tastes are all over the map. As long as I find the book, article, short story or even comic engaging I'll keep reading.

Ahh...Food, it is so much more than just nourishment. I have a passion for locally grown and sustainable farming. Long time CSA member. It sure is fun to get a basket of fruits and veggies and then figuring out how make use of all the fresh produce. Love to cook and have the chops, a few years of culinary school in my youth sure did help.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.

As much as I hate to admit the iPhone has proved to be an indispensable tool.

Why nice guys finish last so often.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Working to much as late...

..You are single. I have standards, I'm not looking get in the middle of someones relationship, besides, if we hit it off I'd rather not share.

...You got this far. Really, if you read all that stuff above you must have found something interesting that kept you engrossed long enough to get down to this point.
