My Self-Summary

As an ongoing writing project, I can't say I do a lot of proofreading because the ink dries fast and I just can't seem to find an eraser. That makes a summary difficult to amass. I don't want to come off like a pretentious fuck head. So for now I'll say I'm just a poor boy a long way from home living the suburban dream between episodes of Bewitched and I Dream of Jeannie. In other words, another dejected white suburbanite kid who thinks he has it worst than he does.

What I’m doing with my life

I'm living it at the moment, though, some would debate that.

I’m really good at

Radical feminism. Taking things apart and forgetting to put them back together. Avoiding crowds. Making an absolute mess of the kitchen. Trying to bake.

The first things people usually notice about me

That they've mistaken me for a female. I was at a store and a little kid said "Ma'am can you help me reach something?" I said "No." and he quickly said "Sorry, sir." I kinda feel bad but I refuse to cut my hair anytime soon. This also probably means I'll never pass as a drag queen.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

I like to read whatever. I don't do it as often lately, But I still like to read the poetry of Eliot, Ginsberg, Plath, Rimbaud.... you know those typical guys.
I'll watch pretty much anything. My favorites tend to be subtle comedies, mindless sci-fi and dramas that take themselves far too seriously. I like how Woody Allen attempts to be all three.
I like lotsa different kinds a music. All of which I like to compress onto mix tapes/cds for people for whoever else enjoys sitting through 90 minutes of someone else's musical world. Acts like The Stooges, Mickey Newbury, Rickie Lee Jones, Arcade Fire, The Ink Spots and Bob Dylan tend to appear together. Not quite there.
I eat what's easy most of the time. No TV Dinners, though. I try to eat healthfully. A good salad is incredible but I often fall prey to fast food coupons.and the specials they have going on. Not to mention ice cream, pastries and cheeseburgers.

The six things I could never do without

The freedom to not vote.

Obsolete music formats and, like everyone else, music in general.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

All the time I spend thinking and how it would be time better spent thinking about something important like thinking. What to name my cunt kids.

Improvising. But probably listening to an album and hangin' out alone with the lights out.
