My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I graduated from UCSB in 2012, worked in Santa Barbara after that for about a year, and decided to come back to my hometown of Anaheim for a while. I'd really like to meet people in the area, I've lost touch with my hometown after 5 years away. I was working a lot and I'm finally finding the means to do all kinds of fun new stuff. I feel like a fresh-faced farm boy who just got off the bus in the big city.

My favorite superhero is Plastic Man. That might say a lot about me.

(I'm also a secret wizard on a quest, looking for cohorts to save the world. If you can read this sentence then you, too, are a secret wizard. If you want to join in my adventure, message me MAGIC. If you don't want to celebrate your wizard destiny, message me WARLOCKS RULE.)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I currently do customer service for a famous rock band. I might tell you who if you want to know.

I'm a great compromiser, like Henry Clay, so I'm open to whatever works.

My career goals are to (maybe?) work for the government or film industry in some capacity. I'm open to new ideas though, there's no way to guess what comes next. I majored in political science and history of public policy, so I'd like to do something with that.

I'm trying to get the most out of being young and free. I decided grad school wasn't for me and to try to get work experience & start my career. I don't know where I want to end up yet, but I do know I want to enjoy the ride. I'd really like to travel all over someday, mostly major cities. I'm a huge fan of city life & culture, and seeing the different kinds would be excellent.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Wordplay, trivia, random insight. I work hard at the things I want to do well at. I can tell you something funny and cheesy at the drop of a hat. I've also memorized 80% of IMDB. Go ahead, try me!
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I make a lot of jokes and I talk really fast. I love to make awful puns, and I'm almost always having some new thought pop into my head. That, or my beard - it's not a statement, I like the way it looks on my face.

Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My sweet 80s station wagon
Friends in strange places
A semi-consistent schedule
Comfy socks
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How to be successful and what success even means because I always hear something about green grass and other sides. Also, where I should go and what I should do. Also, the funny ways words sound sometimes
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Usually, with my friends. We spend all week doing other things, so it's nice to be able to have fun without any immediate worries. I might watch a movie, as well. That's only if I'm feeling crazy wild, though.

Recently, home having a quiet night. Call it a sabbatical.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit

I saw Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen three different times in three different theaters.

For the Star Wars fans: I own a physical copy of Splinter of the Mind's Eye, but I've never gotten around to reading it.
